What would be a good welcome letter for REASSIGNED PSAs? As their new sponsor, I don't want them to think they're being bounced around.

When I reassign someone I send an ecard to both the recipient and the reassigned member. I tell them the reason for the reassignment, usually for language, and I let them both know that I'm available to both of them.

When I work with members in my 2nd to 5th level, I always let them know I am doing this in behalf of their sponsor. I am especially careful to let their sponsor know what I plan to do, and then I send them a copy of any message I send to their people.

My Welcome letter to my New CSAs would be something like this:

Hi FirstName,

My name is ~INSERT YOUR NAME HERE~ and I've recently been appointed by SFI as your Co-Sponsor. As your Co-Sponsor, I'm here to assist you and support you in building your SFI business.

By the way, if you haven't looked at SFI lately, log in at the SFI Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com). When you get there, you'll see the new SFI Homepage, which now features a to-do list

First of all, help them understand you have their best interest in mind and that they are still part of your team and can contact you anytime. Also be positive and do the best you can for your PSA's but only after careful thought. Be sure that your choices are for the best over all and that reassigning a PSA will benefit not only both of you, but the person you are placing them under as well.

A good welcome letter will address these concerns so they understand the move is for their best

Sample welcome letters appreciated.
Employ creative - remember that this is your first contact with the new affiliate! Most of them are familiar with the conditions and actions for receiving tips, but are not heeded. That's why you have to attract them - After sending the e-card greeting "Welcome", write clear and concise letter! I as an EA and BTL on two occasions and having 700+ team members in my Genealogy(PSA,S and CSA.S) included...I am answering the 4th reminder in my email for Ask Questyion Alert.I am aware of my negligent attitude.Nevertheless i presume to spare a thought of the importance of the Ask SC tab and the importance for affilates to refer to Ask SC tab for guidance to any topic if and when they find difficulty in their day to day activity in SFI.

A good welcome letter as their new sponsore would be, that you are there for them no matter what!
That they have your support at any time. I hope you will enjoy to work with me here and please don't hesitate to ask me anything that you want to know about SFI and your progress here.
You need to encouraging your new affiliates, emphasis to them that this is not a demotion. They are self employed people who running their own businesses.

It is such a good letter, which briefly and clearly say why you wanted and chose this reclassification. It may be the same native language, for example. The reason is certainly both sides very important. The letter should be in a friendly spirit, with the goals you want to achieve or how. Sometimes it happens that even so nezavd??íte but descend in mind.
