What would be a good welcome letter for REASSIGNED PSAs? As their new sponsor, I don't want them to think they're being bounced around.

Many affiliates complain about reassignments. But you should be grateful that your sponsor sees you as a leader and wants to help you grow your network. Through proper support and communication some of these PSAs do gain momentum.

Thus, the key to making this transition smooth is excellent communication between the old sponsor & new sponsor with the reassigned affiliate. I do not recommend just reassigning PSAs because they don't seem to respond to your messages. Rather you

PSAs should only be reassigned for a valid reason.

It may be that you speak their language while your sponsor does not, or that you are in the same geographical area. It may be as an incentive to you, to help you build your team. Or it may be their original sponsor has left, and they rolled up to someone who already has as many PSAs as they can handle, so they will not be able to provide a suitable level of support.

A welcome letter should be simple, but different from a new sign up with no knowledge of SFI.

Most likely the newly assigned PSA is active and an EA, due to the new changes that are in effect, consider the reason why the PSA was assigned to you.

Identify yourself: "I am XXXXX"
I'm now your sponsor at SFI.
"Our sponsor, in supporting us both has reassigned you as my downline.
Welcome to my team!"

The format of my welcome letter would be like:

Hello, I am your new sponsor, and I sincerely welcome you to my team. If you have any question in respect to SFI, please do not hesitate to contact me. And wish you can set your goal as soon as possible and have a good time at SFI.

I think, due to the convenience of communication, the reassigned PSAs would understand the reason for the reassignment.

Regarding the reassigning of PSAs and/or CSAs, I believe honesty is the best policy. By that I mean depending on the circumstances, they could just be being 'bounced' around. I think that a good welcome letter to reassigned PSAS would contain the same information that you would include for new PSAS. The one exception would be the explanation for the reassignment if you know the reason.
1. A warm welcome - let them know that you are glad that they're on your team.
2. Introduce yourself and give them your contact information

You are right to be concerned about this. It is possible that they would feel unwanted if they are re-assigned.

When I re-assign my PSA's I send them a message to tell them that I re-assigned them and the reason why - I re-assign according to language in the hope that they will become active if they can communicate in their own language.

I also send a message to the new sponsor to inform them about their new PSA's and also that they should try to communicate with that person

Dear Affiliate or better still use their names, Grace, John welcome to my team.

Am glad to have you join my team.

Lets work together, succeed and grow together.

The fact that the PSA was reassigned tells me that he/she is already familiar with SFI and most likely received all the standard welcome messages that come with signing up. For this reason, I would advise that you send an E-Card instead.

If you use the "Excited" E-Cards, you can make this more of a celebration instead of a reassignment. Let the PSA know that you are blessed to have this wonderful addition to your team. I know it may sound over the top, but that just might
