Many affiliates complain about reassignments. But you should be grateful that your sponsor sees you as a leader and wants to help you grow your network. Through proper support and communication some of these PSAs do gain momentum.

Thus, the key to making this transition smooth is excellent communication between the old sponsor & new sponsor with the reassigned affiliate. I do not recommend just reassigning PSAs because they don't seem to respond to your messages. Rather you should reassign those affiliates that do understand why they are being reassigned. Then, the new spHeonsor can welcome the new PSA with a sense of purpose.

Here's a great welcome message for a reassigned PSA.

Greetings . . . ,

My name is ___ and I am now your new sponsor. _____ was your old sponsor and is now our upline support. Welcome to my team and I look forward to hearing from you. Tell me what your goals are and what do you want to achieve in your business in the next 30 days? I understand that you were having trouble with English so we can communicate more effectively in your native tongue. I learned _____ in school and I have friends who live where you do and we talk all the time via email.

Again, welcome to the team and let's build something great for you and your family.

PSAs should only be reassigned for a valid reason.

It may be that you speak their language while your sponsor does not, or that you are in the same geographical area. It may be as an incentive to you, to help you build your team. Or it may be their original sponsor has left, and they rolled up to someone who already has as many PSAs as they can handle, so they will not be able to provide a suitable level of support.

Whatever the reason, it is important for them to know they are NOT being bounced around. They are staying in the same down-line group; They are just being reassigned to you in order to provide them with the level of support they may need, or to enable them to communicate in their native language if that is the case.

Ideally, the person reassigning them should contact them, telling them why they are being reassigned, and should either send you a copy of that email, or at least a summary of its contents.

I would make sure my welcome letter confirmed the reason for the reassignment, reassure them it is being done for their benefit, let them know that I value them as part of my team, and that I will do everything I can to help them succeed.

I would also take a look at their affiliate snapshot and try to learn as much as I can about them before contacting them, to see if it raises any questions I can ask, to encourage a response from them.

And lastly, I would make absolutely sure that I do not reassign them again!

A welcome letter should be simple, but different from a new sign up with no knowledge of SFI.

Most likely the newly assigned PSA is active and an EA, due to the new changes that are in effect, consider the reason why the PSA was assigned to you.

Identify yourself: "I am XXXXX"
I'm now your sponsor at SFI.
"Our sponsor, in supporting us both has reassigned you as my downline.
Welcome to my team!"

Offer help and support and ask to whitelist your email address.

It would also be a good time to ask if he/ has any questions.

The format of my welcome letter would be like:

Hello, I am your new sponsor, and I sincerely welcome you to my team. If you have any question in respect to SFI, please do not hesitate to contact me. And wish you can set your goal as soon as possible and have a good time at SFI.

I think, due to the convenience of communication, the reassigned PSAs would understand the reason for the reassignment.

Nevertheless, you can also add a few words like, "I am looking forward to communicate with you in your mother tongue so as to get you and whole team to achieve even more greater successes here at SFI"

Regarding the reassigning of PSAs and/or CSAs, I believe honesty is the best policy. By that I mean depending on the circumstances, they could just be being 'bounced' around. For instance, they could be individuals whom have shown little to no interested towards actively participating in the program, signing-up but, yet, haven't logged in to the Affiliate Center in months, or even when they do, do little to absolutely nothing. It has been my own experience that those who have been reassigned to me, have been so due to their lack of participation and VERY limited showing of interest.

Here, you must ask yourself:

Were such individuals GOOD for the Sponsor's Team (group), considering what's best
for him/her and the group? If possible, contact the PSA's Sponsor and ask for a brief rundown
of what his/her problem may be?

From such contact you may learn that it was a matter of understanding (language), which is among the MOST primary of problems we face as English-speaking affiliates. Point is, if you can better understand the reason for the reassignment, you can better create a letter of welcome, designed particularly for that individual reassignment.

Then, Bruce, assure them that you can be trusted and that you will help them in anyway you possibly can. Think of how much that reassignment can help you down the road. Understand without them, your chance for success is greatly diminished. In other words.. you need them as much as they need you. Together, you make up a Team!

I think that a good welcome letter to reassigned PSAS would contain the same information that you would include for new PSAS. The one exception would be the explanation for the reassignment if you know the reason.
1. A warm welcome - let them know that you are glad that they're on your team.
2. Introduce yourself and give them your contact information
3. Let them know that you are willing to help if they are having problems.
4. Tell them that you are looking forward to working with them.
5. Follow through by replying to their requests quickly and accurately.

You are right to be concerned about this. It is possible that they would feel unwanted if they are re-assigned.

When I re-assign my PSA's I send them a message to tell them that I re-assigned them and the reason why - I re-assign according to language in the hope that they will become active if they can communicate in their own language.

I also send a message to the new sponsor to inform them about their new PSA's and also that they should try to communicate with that person in their own language as soon as possible.

When I receive a new PSA from my sponsor I react as soon as I am notified that they were re-assigned to me.

I greet them via e-card and make it clear that I am absolutely delighted to have them. After that I follow the same plan as with my other PSA's.

The fact that the PSA was reassigned tells me that he/she is already familiar with SFI and most likely received all the standard welcome messages that come with signing up. For this reason, I would advise that you send an E-Card instead.

If you use the "Excited" E-Cards, you can make this more of a celebration instead of a reassignment. Let the PSA know that you are blessed to have this wonderful addition to your team. I know it may sound over the top, but that just might be what it takes to get the people moving.
