Before I dwell upon what I indend to do in 2016, Let me tell you where I was concentrating till now. Till now I was concentrating on just accumulating the Versa Points to reach the higher rank.

But in 2016, the reaching to a higher rank has become a bit difficult due to New Leadership Requirement. Now the strategy for the year 2016 should be as follows:

In 2016 I will trust the writers at Tripleclicks to write professional content for my blogs and websites.This will be a time saver for me in the long run.

In this business it is imperitive that our sites look profeshional as we present them to the Business and social communities.

I plan to upgrade in LinkedIn as we then have access to the whole member list when writing content!

Slight change in my year 2016 plans.

At first I had decided to not really do much different with the beginning of my third year with SFI. After reflecting on the changes SFI has made over just the last few months I looked at the opportunity to engage in a bold new plan;

First of all I intend to invest more time and resources in promoting SFI because that is the key to grow. But I am thinking to do this in a smarter way and not necessarily in a hard way.
Being active on social media sites, using free safelists, blogging are just a few of the things you could do to attract more people to your team because you need a strong active partners to become successful.
Leading by example it's great to motivated the other so I intend to become a model too. Your experience

You asked a very important question. The first answer to pop in my head is to find a good mentor. Since 2012 I have been an SFI affiliate but before that I spent lots of time and money looking for ways to make money online. I went through lots of trial and error which caused me to lose lots of money and getting scammed because most places just want to make money by selling a money making system that turns out to be very costly and designed to make people spend money and earn little to nothing so

For the past couple of years with SFI I have concentrated on learning the system and applying what I have learned in a fairly narrow way, mainly chasing VPs. In 2016 I intend to spread my learning wider and seek out new PSAs and PRMs in places I have not previously used.

The Internet is changing and expanding at an amazing pace, so the sites I have used to tell people about the potential of SFI need to change too. I will still maintain a presence on social media sites, but will delve deeper

To answer your question is doing the following:
1. Draft a realistic goal and plan on what i want to achieve this year.
2. Evaluate my past business and marketing strategy and see what worked and what did not work.
3. From 2 above, i erased the plans in 2015 that did not work from my plans and restrategize the working ones to yield more results.
4. From 1, i storm new markets on the web and offline.

I have decided to review, and adjust my investment strategy.

I will then increase my investments toward team building.

Offering more support and mentoring each Affiliate more carefully. Keeping notes, monitoring the performance activity on their Ledgers, and Snapshots as they respond only.

This will mean they will need to keep in regular contact.

What I will do differently in 2016 will be based on the changes that are taking place at SFI
1-The new sign up bonuses
2-The new team leader qualifications

All team leaders should shift focus to accommodate these changes so that they maximize the benefits.

What I would do is to place more value on executive affiliates(EA), I would:
- Treat them as assets necessary for business survival.

Thank you for question because with the new rules, I am sure that most people are considering the changes that they need to make to make 2016 a suceessful year. My main concern is to find PSA'S that will stick with SFI longer than a month. I really think the signing bonus will help convince them that SFI is the best way to grow their income and offers the training needed to begin their business and to make it a sucess.
