a. Take the challenge of being TL with new team leader qualifications, it's a real challenge!

b. Prepare Holiday gifts and other products from TC for inviting new PRMs, have own strategy with new ideas.

c. Start everyday as a fresh day, it creates New Thoughts and Positive Enthusiasm and the work goes easier.

d. Be sure you have ECA brochures and letter head for New Year, to invite new ECAs in professional manner.

With the new advertising tool and the new rules, I will definitely concentrate on duplication, which is very important for us, on team building, on sponsoring and supporting my affiliates and my CSAs.
I am not for long here but I realized it is not enough just to complete the daily tasks.

What I will do differently in 2016 to grow my SFI business will be based on the evaluation of my strategic plan in consideration with the latest SFI innovations for 2016.

The new year brings new opportunity for all SFI affiliates to look back and review their SFI business growth. I find it very important to evaluate my strategic plan. Now that 2016 is here, you need to be asking how important for your SFI business to put into place a strategic plan.

I am not going to make any change in the way I work now. But I am certainly going to make some adjustments in the way I am looking at this Business, in 2016.

I have been here for 18 months now. All these months, I kept concentrating on team building. I used many Free Web Sites as well as kept advertising in local Small Time Area New Papers.

2015 was a productive year for me, but it was not as good as it could have been. I wasted time and money on actions and products that did not give me the results I was looking for.

That is why I am changing my approach slightly in 2016. I am already in a good routine for business, but I need to make a few adjustments along the way. 2016 promises to be the best year yet for my business. I don't plan to make any drastic change but I will definitely be focused on TL & support and growth. If I can encourage my team to take 6 simple steps toward DTL, I will see tremendous growth in sales also. What I intend to do is to do all of the following:

2016 is a new year..
A new re-start from all that we have learnt from 2015.

Differently from 2015, I have learnt something new too.
Learning directly from SFI strategies and to maintain correspondency , I decided to follow their tips..

I plan to help my actives, my workers and my movers. Not forgotting my new learners too.. The one that replies team communications are a priority.

Its a new year of rewards...

The key to success with SFI is to consistently and persistently take action.

Sometimes we get in a rut or lose heart, but SFI Corporate has re-charged the SFI system in 2016, so we should be recharged also to make the most of these new opportunities!

We can log in daily and earn the VP but that is easy peasy and your business won't grow.

Get out of your comfort zone and take action!

I believe so many changes as taking place in the year 2015 and SFI is seeking all affiliates to start aiming in a better direction at developing their business and building their teams.

Well personally there will only be very few changes but very similar to what I have been doing but with a better strategy. So here are they

For sure I will learn to advertise for my own PSAs , PRMs, and TC products, auctions, games, and the music contest. I will no longer depend on others doing that for me. I want to improve the chance of recruiting active new affiliates.

I will treat my ECA business like a real business through professional service and by advertising it on its own merits as well as being part of the global mall of TC.
