In 2016, I am going to continue the way I have been growing my SFI business but I am definitely going to make some changes. It is time to take my business to a higher level!

This year, I am going to concentrate more on helping my downline to earn money right from the very beginning of their joining the program. What I will do differently in 2016 to grow my SFI business is to make a resolute commitment to accomplish as many income producing actions as I can and watch my team duplicate them.

1. Invest in Training

Invest more time in acquiring knowledge and training to break down those obstacles I encountered along the way as I build my SFI business and overcome my limitations. I will hone the necessary skills I need to grow the business using SFI’s power tools and resources to succeed.

I think that many Affiliates will agree with me if i say "lot more advertising than before".
Team building is a number one move in our business to make a long time income - because, as we all know, team never stops to grow if we contact our affiliates regularly, give them necessary advice and teach them how to do our business properly. This way we ensure continuous growth for us, our PSAs and all the generations in our Genealogy,

There is nothing more exciting and encouraging than seeing one's name on the SFI Leadership Challenge, not because of the prizes one stands to win but because of the leaders which one is helping to develop and the size of the second income that comes with developing leaders.

Now this is what I am doing differently this year;

1. Use 80% of my TCredits to bid on auctions because with each 10 Bids, I stand to get the chance to spin for up to 50% of a full PSA. That is, ten spins

My strategy for 2016 is already in place. It is similar to what I had in 2015 and that is to develop Team Leaders.

The main difference for 2016 is that I am going to make the most of the Signing Bonus and use it to encourage my people to become Fast Trackers - to increase their bonus up to $100.

Becoming Fast Trackers will:
- Accelerate their route to becoming EA / BLT
- Introduce them to purchasing from TripleClicks

This is a great question we all have to ask ourselves!

So, here is my 2-pence thoughts and actions.

1. I have gone to the products index and got the link for each department.
2. I decided on 14 shop names and 14 departments or combo of departments to promote.
3. I created 14 business pages on Facebook and set them up for business.
4. I created 14 Blogger sales websites for these 14 pages and added them to my Blogger main business site.

What I will do different is -

1. Will do more sales.
2. I will play eager zebra games in a league to won
more 'n' more.
3. Play t_time every one hour to won 2 t-credits
4. Try for more 'n' more duplication for to be DTL.

I need to ensure that I have a strong foundation for my business. This means having active affiliates. There will be new developments in SFI and keeping this in mind, I will be putting more effort in:

a) Investment in sponsoring and advertising both online and offline
b) Provide better incentives and more competitions for my team members
c) I will contact my team members individually which means that I will white list all the email contacts of the team members in my Genealogy.

The success factors in our SFI business does not change. It is still depend on three factors namely.

1. Earning Versa Points to get the highest rank possible.

2. Finding and having different types of affiliates; PSA, CSA. ECA and PRM.

3. Leading/Teaching/Mentoring affiliates to follow what you are doing and become active. We call this duplication.

With the new requirements for ranks starting January, this should guide us on what to do differently in the

The beginning of a new year brings about thoughts of doing better in our business building activities than what we were doing in the previous year. In order to make changes for the better we must take the time necessary to study and analyze where our weakness are.
