As you are building your SFI business you will more than likely come across affiliate Team Leaders that will recommend that you should communicate with your teammates by using many of the different social networks like Facebook, Linked-in and other social sites.

Personally I have found that the communication networks set up within SFI to be more than adequate to handle the communications between your teammates and yourself. I have been with SFI for over 3 years now and I rarely

Yes you are missing out.

As you rightly say, SFI has great ways of communicating with your team but these are limited mainly to the SFI environment only. Why limit yourself?

I would suspect that all your team members do not limit themselves just to SFI. Those team members who you did not physically approach and recruit somehow found you and SFI. They would have been surfing the internet and most likely social sites and they came across your ads or SFI ads. In other

SFI has great ways to communicate with your team, but am I missing out by not using outside resources too like email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsAPP, etc?

May I suggest that we shouldn’t get caught up in the technology BUT remember that the principle task we wish to achieve is to COMMUNICATE effectively with a team member. It’s not important what technology we use. What IS important is that what WORKS best for each team member.

A communication method is not going to work

Remember your affiliates will be receiving messages from a Sponsor, a Co-sponsor and from SFI Admin; you do not want to overload them with too many messages or unnecessary ones.

As to whether you are missing out by not using extra resources, the answer is "May be not."

If your PSA's are receiving your messages or SFI tools are working for you, those at SFI should be enough.

If you are unable to reach them using the communication tools at SFI, and

Communication is not a one method approach - as you have noted in your question. As stated in your question, there are many ways and so may cause affilaites to feel like there needs to be more than what is being used.

I would say that it is entirely up to you to use which method is a fit for your business model with SFI. If you are an avid blogger then you may wish to use a blog to communicate with your team regularly. If you are quick to respond to e-mails, Team Mail messages - then this

For effective, professional and result oriented communications, most of our business building needs are met with SFI' s resources and tools. The various components of the Team mail (Genealogy, PSA and CSA mailers), the E-cards, the internal message system, the SFI IM chat, the stream posts and the Leadership page, are all highly suitable for our business objectives.

Furthermore, SFI offers the opportunity to use external communication resources. Email between sponsors and PSAs/CSAs is

SFI has great ways to communicate with your team, but am I missing out by not using outside resources too like email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.?

That's a very good question because almost everybody uses these outside communication nowadays. These are very effective means of communications for recruiting new PSAs. In my case almost 90 % of my PSAs have come through Facebook, Whatsapp or through emails. After recruiting PSAs I guide them mostly through Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp.

Support groups on social networks (like Facebook or G+) could be effective.

For example, if you organize Facebook Support group, these are some benefits:

- Community can be motivating - When my sponsor added me to the support group I had been amazed how many people are there.

- This is very effective way to lead by example - I was not interested in games, until I saw how many people are bragging about T-Time winning.

- Team work is fantastic - If I am
