Building our teams is critical for earning a substantial SFI income. Thus, my understanding of an SFI team is all the members on whom, directly or indirectly, we earn commissions.

We earn directly on our PSAs and CSAs, as well as our PRMs and personally referred ECAs. We also earn direct commissions on any other ECA whose products and services we promote. For such ECAs, we do not have a direct impact, beside our promotional activity.

We earn indirectly on our 2nd-to-12 Generation genealogy through the Executive Pool, when they qualify as Executive Affiliate 2 (EA2). These 2nd-to-12 generations are built through teaching duplication and re-assigning affiliates, all of which is done within SFI.

Similarly, the only sources of CSAs are also within SFI

The core of our SFI team that remains is made up of PSAs, ECAs and PRMs for which most of the business building resources and tools being used today are available within SFI. This is the first set.

SFI recognizes the importance of a second set and, explicitly, encourages us to take advantage of them, such as building a website, running a blog, being active in the social media. When these resources and tools are effectively used, they will go a long way in helping us see positive results from our business building efforts.

There is a third set of resources and tools. They include autoresponders, video recording and webinars.

Autoresponders are essential in managing and following up on traffic we generating through websites, blogs and email marketing, as well as list building, to name a few.

Video recording or the use of video sites such as YouTube have proven highly beneficial in generating organic traffic.

Webinars play a similar role. They can also be used for recruiting direct sign-ups into SFI gateways.

Undoubtedly, other resources and tools are constantly being developed. As SFI Affiliates eager to grow our businesses while optimizing our business building results, we should be on the outlook for any beneficial addition to the resources and tools we are using.

Are there other resources we can/should use, besides official SFI ones, to be successful in building our teams?

Yes there are many other resources we can/should use to build our SFI business.

The very first resource is the human resource itself which is available in abundance. We should do our best to approach people to include them in our team. For this purpose we could use other resources like social media or our persona contacts through phones. We must make them aware of the vast life long benefits of joining SFI as compared to working as job.

The resources in social media are many like Facebook, Whatsapp, Google plus, Skype etc. We must make use of it.

I have been using these outside resources effectively and now I have a very big team with hundreds of PSAs which I have sponsored personally.

For advertising SFI business opportunity we can make use of places where lots of people frequent like malls, market places, roadside advertising with banners placed at strategic places.

Advertising outside places of worship are also good resources to advertise not only business opportunity but also many products.

There are many health products available in Tripleclicks which we can advertise near the hospitals.

As is clear from above that there are many resources outside of SFI which we can utilize to build our business successfully.

SFI is the most popular and the best income opportunities program I ever come across of age. Aside from 100% support and training there for you, you have the opportunity of earning in many ways. Above attestation made it very easy for you to build your teams making use of other resources or tools aside SFI ones. It even made it easy in my campaign because I have never came across of anywhere where I was told "beware of your link, you may be spam". This made me happy.
To build successful teams, you need affiliates. How do you got affiliates? You got affiliates through advertising your affiliate link through social media and bookmark websites. You may even go further like me by sending traffic to your affiliate link using free marketing tools like traffic exchanges, link exchanges and link colliders.
Although, what works best for me, may not as perfect for yours, but Email marketing with autoresponders form 80% of my success. This is one of the best resources you can use aside official SFI ones.

Now that you have got affiliates as a member of your team, I think you will ask "how can I build my team to grow." Yes, it is when your team grows that you are building a team. How did we build our teams?. We build our team by giving full support to member of the team. Today, one of my affiliates ask me that , how can he also sign up affiliates under him. He said I should help. This is where "Support" comes him. What did I do? I reply him through mails with the SFI link he can use with its affiliate ID. I let him know that the gateway "Joinmysfiteam" works best for me and he should promote it. I went further to send him some websites that receives good traffic that allows him to advertise his links free. He was happy and said you are a good sponsor. To build a team you must give full support to your downlines. Today, he has got affiliates that sign up under him.
Give the above idea a re-think, if you did, you are going to build a profitable and strong team.

Word of mouth is another form of advertising by which we can explore the Warm Market and get fresh sign ups.

Since there is no guarantee that the PSAs we get through all these means will be quite active and stay here longer, we should continuously look for opportunities to get more and more fresh sign ups.

By doing these, we will be able to find at least Five affiliates who will follow us and duplicate what we did. This alone will help us to be successful in SFI.

In my opinion there is a lot of ways in which You can build up your team.
One of the best is to communicate with the people directly. This means that you have to talk with them, sit with them and drink coffee. This can be done in two ways. One of them is during your coffee time at your daily work, and second one is to use Your free time after work.
You can tell them: I do not know if you will be interested in this but I just want to tell You that I started to work one additional job during my free time after my regular work. It is very interesting, and it is free of charge, and in addition to this you get free education, sponsor, help.

Tricky question.

There are many resources out there to be used, but you want your PSAs to be able to duplicate your efforts, and they may or may not have access to all of those same outside resources. Also, you need to avoid any implication of cross-promotion if you encourage others to use those outside resources.

Think of your business as a funnel. At the top of the funnel, you want to attract as many leads as possible. Some will sign up, some will walk away.

Of those who do sign up, some will become active, some will choose not to.

Of those who become active, some will take their business seriously, some will not.

And of those who take it seriously, some will qualify as one of your 5 key people. Others will not.

By all means use every resource you can think of to attract leads into the funnel. And use email marketing to encourage those leads to sign up, and filter out those who will do you no good. But once they are signed up, I suggest you stick to SFI resources to help them move forward. That way nobody will be able to imply you are using cross-promotion by introducing your PSAs to those outside resources.

There are many resources available from SFI and this is enough for most people when they are starting out, I do find that once you have outgrown the basic team building methods some people struggle with new ideas.
One of the best resources I have ever used is building your own website. This is a great way to spread the word about the opportunity of SFI and the benefits it provides.
When you have your own website for your SFI business you can use targeted advertising, Traffic Purchasing and social media to help promote your new website that will show visitors what SFI does and how successful you have become in your business leading them to sign up as our affiliate.
Remember team building is not a race. Its about getting a few active members and with just five active members you can build a great residual income.
