First of all You have to send them welcome card.
After that you should use its personal address and send personal message.
In you personal note you should list the tasks which you are doing every day and day that you are there to help.
One of the very good message which I send to my PSA and CSA is the one which include links to the video in their language which explaining to them what is SFI, how to to starting tasks, why is important to do daily tasks and how they should do those tasks.
The part of this message should be explanation why is important to get 500 VP in the first 24 hours after registration and why is important to have their personal picture on the profile.
You should check them every day and send them notes.
You should encourage them.
You should motivate them.
You should be their helping hand.
You should create the group of support and tel them that you are going to give them possibility to join this group if they fulfill their tasks regularly.

In my opinion there is a lot of ways in which You can build up your team.
One of the best is to communicate with the people directly. This means that you have to talk with them, sit with them and drink coffee. This can be done in two ways. One of them is during your coffee time at your daily work, and second one is to use Your free time after work.
You can tell them: I do not know if you will be interested in this but I just want to tell You that I started to work one additional job during my free time after my regular work. It is very interesting, and it is free of charge, and in addition to this you get free education, sponsor, help.
