How important is it that your family embrace your SFI business...and what if they don't?

SFI is your new business.
I feel it is very important to have the family support when starting any new business and SFI is no different.
I know that sometimes people do become rather skeptical of online businesses but that could be just because they don't understand how it works.
Explain to your family why you have started this business opportunity and how you feel it will benefit your life. This way they will understand and become less cynical.
But remember it is YOUR business so if they don't support you, it is still your choice what you do. There is plenty of support available for all affiliates on SFI so don't be discouraged by any negativity you may face from anyone, This is easier said than done when those people are close to you but your life is ultimately your responsibility. You never know after being with SFI for a while you will have a growing income and take them out to dinner and just subtly remind them of the fact that your online business is paying for this dinner.

What's the best way to communicate with your downline?

There are so many ways you can communicate with your downline here at SFI. Personally i find the instant chat an amazing tool for this. It shows that you are really there and not just some pencil pusher without personality. This is especially good when your affiliates are online at the same time as you. Its like having a phone conversation, Effective and you always receive the replies quicker.
I also like to send emails to my downline using their email address. This also shows that you are a real person there to help them become successful.
When congratulating team members for their efforts or on winning a Daily Grand drawing etc i love to send them E-Cards. This is a fun way to show the team that you are there and you do notice when they achieve a goal.

Are there other resources we can/should use, besides official SFI ones, to be successful in building our teams?

There are many resources available from SFI and this is enough for most people when they are starting out, I do find that once you have outgrown the basic team building methods some people struggle with new ideas.
One of the best resources I have ever used is building your own website. This is a great way to spread the word about the opportunity of SFI and the benefits it provides.
When you have your own website for your SFI business you can use targeted advertising, Traffic Purchasing and social media to help promote your new website that will show visitors what SFI does and how successful you have become in your business leading them to sign up as our affiliate.
Remember team building is not a race. Its about getting a few active members and with just five active members you can build a great residual income.

What was it that made you realize that SFI is the real deal?

This a great question and it is a different thing for each person.
For me personally it was when i received my first commission payment. It wasn't much, $1.53 i think it was but when i received that it showed me that this company os the real deal and this is the start of something beautiful.
Now I have my own team and I sell products on TripleClicks and the income keeps coming.
The first payment no matter how small it is, is a huge thing for many affiliates and it shows you that this is not a get rich quick scheme but with a little work and motivation you really can grow your own business.

Earning 1000 AVP on your own can seem like something impossible but it is not as hard once you have found a method.
My favourite way to earn the AVP is with the games on TripleClicks. They are fun and most of them have ways for you to earn AVP with every game.
The next way is with Price Bender Auctions. you earn 1 AVP with every bid. The thrill you get from winning an auction is also a great feeling.

Which form of advertising generates the highest quality, most active PSAs and why?

This is one of the best questions i have been asked my many of my PSA's and my response while always individual usually consists of...
I personally use Google adwords and Bing advertising as my main source of advertising for PSA sign ups. These ads are a great way to target people who are genuinely interested in growing an online income and this results in some of my most active sign ups.
The ads direct potential affiliates to my website where they can read about the opportunity and then decide if they would like to check it out. This is a way of filtering out the time wasters and just leaves the affiliates with potential to become great. It allows them to understand what is required of them before signing up, Introduces who I am and a little bit about why i joined SFI and a little bit of information about the income opportunity without overloading them with information and scaring them off.
I also do advertise on Facebook as having the separate website Facebook allows links to this, and posting on many community message boards etc as the more traffic you receive to your SFI links the better the sign up potential.
But remember there are never any guarantees as to a new PSA being active but this is not a reason to give up. I read a comment in the forum just the other day from a Team Leader who was telling us how one of his PSA's who had signed up and not collected a single VP sent him a message after 6 months and asked a few questions and has now become EA2 and is progressing to Team Leader. This is proof that you should never give up on anyone. Not even the inactive PSA's.

How do I convince new PSAs that purchasing a NMP (New Member Pack) is a smart business move?

This is a great question. It is one that we all have come across at some point in our team building.
I think the whole point is not to make the PSA's think they have to make the purchase. Just remind them of the benefits, The biggest of which is the bonus 10% VP every month for the life of their SFI business. Its not just something to help them start but it will help them for years to come.
I tell my PSA's that the NMP is a great way to show the SFI community that you are serious about growing your residual income and this allows other team members and members of a2a to know that you are serious and in turn they are more willing to help when you need it.
Just think back on the reasons why you brought the pack when you joined. The new PSA's are just like you were when you started. They are interested and possibly overwhelmed by all the new possibilities that have just come to light.
Remember to explain how the different parts of the NMP are used. This will help the PSA understand all the benefits of the purchase.

You just have to think of what made you active when you first joined SFI? and what has kept you going all this time?
Its just explaining what you think the benefits of SFI are and how they can help the new PSA's.

In my opinion the best thing to share with the invitation link is just to remind the invitee that the League is just a fun little competition that keeps everyone involved and communication in a fun and exciting way.
Remind them that it will not cost them anything and they have the change to have bragging rights for the league.
