I believe that the best way to lead a Team is by the leaders themselves learning something new everyday.
When you are asked a question by your team about SFI, it is perfectly ok if you don't know the answer straight away, don't panic and be honest.
I tell my team that I am always learning with SFI and I will find the answer for them. Then you MUST find the answer to their question.

You may have to do the hard work but in the end you will also learn for the next time some

This is very good and important question.

The first step is to identify those in your team that are active after having communicated with them on a regular basis using your Genealogy Reports and tracking their activity. The chances are, if you've followed the lessons for being a good sponsor, and there is no response on their part, then it's not about them being confused, it's about them not being interested.

Having said that, as sponsors, we have the obligation to direct our

Lack of knowledge is the main reason that may result in a confused state of an individual. Hence in this situation you have to help them know the strong points of SFI and about advantages of duplication.

You should be prepared to communicate with them on one to one basis and understand the point of confused state and devise a training program that would clear the air for them to advance and embrace duplication process.

Maintain a robust profile yourself to showcase the results

You must have some idea of what the confusion is about and where it is coming from. Confusion comes up either when you are not sure of what is expected of you or that there are so many aspects of the business, that it is not easy to pinpoint what is important and where one should start.

Your responsibility as a Sponsor would be first to 1) understand why there is confusion and then 2) analyse the issue to be able to resolve it effectively.

1) Understanding Confusion

Hi,
This is really a very good question, Generally any employee or any affiliate getting confused or having imbalancing feeling in any organisation though he is an expert in any field. In such circumstances, only guiding, support, understanding the companies culture, product, activities, supervisers, collegues and surroundings is mainly required. This could be possible to motivate such employees only with his supervisor or team leader. Its very easy and simple. I hope my following few tips

As a Team Leader, you have to step up to the challenge of being the example that is easy to duplicate and being knowledgeable enough to assist your Team.

In my opinion, the only way that you can have duplication is if you are setting the example as a Team Leader and/or someone that is serious about being successful in this business. You have to let your downline see/know exactly what you are doing. Whether it is through the awards or badges that you maintain, information in your leadership

It is easy for a new affiliate that just joined SFI to rush through the training material to gain as many VersaPoints as possible thinking that is the way to earn money in SFI. While doing this it is easy to get facts so mixed up that all it can do is confuse them as to how to start their new home business.

As Team Leaders and sponsors we should realize that the “duplication” process does not mean to copy everything you are doing at the same rate of speed that you are progressing

Hi Sandra

You are right. SFI is such an online business whose home page is full of information. The new affiliates generally get confused by seeing that much information at once shown to then. However, we are not here to suggest a different home page for SFI for the sake of few new affiliates who get confused.

So here comes your role as a team leader to guide, support and help the new affiliates. What you supposed to do and what you should not do is very clearly given here:

This is very easy thing to do, assuming you are talking about your new affiliates. Your
Seasoned team members, shouldn’t reach this point to be confused about everything, You
Will see time to time they need help in some areas what they don’t remember or when they
Are not up to date when we have new changes or things are different now from what they
Used to know because they didn’t catch the new announcement.

For this scenario you just have to inform them through

That's a very good question every aspiring Team Leader is looking an answer for. If you already have a team then this really is a question whose answer you must be looking for and for that matter every aspiring Team Leader is looking for. Let me explain how I have removed confusion of my team and motivated them to work hard. They are also now trying to build a team of their own.

To remove confusion of your team the very first thing you must do is to learn and understand each and every
