First I think they should be given basic information and according to the experience of everyone. Not to repeat the same thing to them in their reports SFI affiliate center and E-mails.

I think they should leave their confusion personally, to the extent that they will motivate and gradually gaining credibility, there is no way acelerarles, but a concrete, enthusiastic and said initial information with our words might help you decide.

Keep in mind that this business is not for most. it is not the majority who are willing to risk, to sacrifice, to persevere believing in something most consider it waste of money and time.

Therefore my tiny experience tells me that we should focus on work correctly every time, be in communication with the team, but not torture yourself with wanting to achieve a broad consensus.

Addressing work with them and report as centered as possible and based on our experiences and not to repeat the same slogans and phrases SFI because I believe that fosters disbelief, and the rest is up to each affiliate to take its decision independently.

I am on my fourth month here and it was hard for me to make my team to duplicate what I have done so far or at least be an Executive Affiliate. Then after some time, I thought maybe they are confused on what to do and just hesitant to ask. So I used the Mailer and the Stream to communicate with them and tell them in details what I did which were effective, in a way which will be easy for them to understand. We know that everyone has a different level of understanding things. And at the end of each note, I ask them to message me if they have tried it and if it was effective to them. This way I can validate that my method worked.

Of course, not everyone will do what you suggested them to do. But you just keep on giving them these tips and ideas and surely some of them will follow. Most of all, be an example first for them to believe the information you are giving.

Hello Sandra,

To lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything, that will be a hard cookie to crack. But, I must say here, it is for you to be that example for them.

By saying that, I mean find out why, and what is confusing them. Then give them tips on how you were at the beginning, and where you are today. Share with them good tips that you used. And, one important thing advise them to read, read, and read. Advise them also to follow the forum, there they will find most of the answers to their questions, and confusions.

It is all about example. And as you do that, and send motivating messages, and accurate information that will help them clear their minds. By you doing this, and being an example to them is the best medicine for confuse minds. Be what you want them to be.

I understand about being confused about everything.
I have found that the best way to fight the confusion is to learn all you can.
SFI offers a very good training program.

If you are confused my suggestion is to start reading, read everything about SFI and Tripleclicks you can get your hands on.

Go to the training tab everyday and read a lesson, don't just read it study it and put the lesson into action.

You can also go to th a2a tab under support and connect with other members in your language that can help you understand SFI and it's programs.

All in all we are all confused at first, but the more we work at it the better we understand it.

Everyone starts somewhere.. So do we..
We use to sit in our New Affiliates situation before, so we should also apply what we have learnt to pass through all obstacles till today.

Getting Started is the difficult part,
So do stay close with them, talk, communicate and share values especially answering their questions..

Duplication here means,
Example;
SFI already prepares the major road or the highway to a certain destination,
We on our part as a Sponsor or a Friend should share our experience going through all the streets which makes us as Team Leaders today, so be their close friend and be their tour guide who explains more in details.

This helps them build positivity and understands more about SFI. And thus will reduce their confusing state.
As per advised by SFI , whenever we get stuck in any situation, please get back to SFI Basics..

Remember your beginning in SFI. Remember the most difficult and incomprehensible problems.

How did you solve it?

Your PSA certainly have the same problems. Just as there are duplications of PSAs, also there are duplication of solutions to problems.

You must be available to your team.
GSM, SMS, Viber, Skype,... Make FB group. Put educational materials (files, videos, etc.) in this group. Open FB group chat. You must discuss publicly about these problems.
Lease Web-conference and make webinars. I cannot remember, how many solutions for teaching your team and making duplication...

But again, REMEMBER your beginnings...

First, find out, on a case to case basis, why and where they get confused?

1. Try and explain to them in an easily understandable manner.

2. Clear their doubts.

3. Make them ask questions.

4. See the areas of their apprehension.

5. Again explain to them.

6. Share your experience.

7. Make them view your achievements;

8. Lead by your own example;

9. Narrate to them, how you received support from your Up Lines when you faced simialr
situations;

10. Guide them step by step;

11. Never load them with too much explanation.

12. Create friendship with them;

13. Ensure it blossoms into a trust worthy relationship;

14. Demonstrate to them that you are there only to help them grow & succeed;

15. Always ask them, how you can support them?

16. Never lose your patience;

17. Never ever give up on any one;

18. Always, go deeper & understand the root cause of their worries & confusion;

19. Find out what is it that bothers them & why?

20. Assist & encourage them to the best of your abilities;

21. Motivate them regularly with genuine concern & sincerity.

22. Share the importance of studying the various Training Materials provided by SFI.

23. Advise them to listen to Audio Version of Gery's "SFI Rules of Success" regularly,

24. When they become active, help them by re-assigning your active PSAs;

25. Give them TCredits or Gift Certificates when they start performing & monitor their reaction.

As i understood you are thinking about new affiliates,my advice would be - take it easy!
I remember when i just started,i thought i would not be able to do anything!After registration,Getting Started Actions...everything is new and you can not just run through it!That is what makes confusion,especially if you have never worked this job,which is a case with most of affiliates.
So when i have a new member i just remember how it was for me,so i am giving them step by step,and explaining it.That way they will have information they need all in time.Every beginning is hard and too much information can confuse and make them quit.
Take it easy and there would not be confusion.

I know how you feel...
I am sometimes tired of explaining the same thing over and over again, but i am trying to not show that because they will feel really bad. Maybe they lose interest in this job so i am doing my best to be good sponsor and friend. You should be active every day and show them that they can do this too and everyone can do it with just few $ in month. Of course explain them that it's not just clicking on tabs and playing games, they should build TEAM !
this 20$ for every new affiliates is really great thing and they should use it for advertising :)
