Contrary to popular opinion, working smart does not necessarily mean spending less time working.

It means getting more accomplished in the time you do work.

There is a big difference.

For example, if I spend an hour each week typing out emails to 10 prospects, I will be lucky if I get one response a month. If I spend that same hour composing an email to be sent to 5,000 through a credit mailer, with a form included offering a free gift if they will subscribe to a

I believe this is one of the wisest questions I have seen asked on Ask SC! Most questions are simply asked to have a chance at winning TCs. I'm sorry if that is casting aspersions upon the
benefits of Ask SC. This has definite learning benefits contrary to what I just stated. On most questions, you wonder if they are making use of the answers provided by SFC. Sincere questions deserve sincere answers, not just opinions--although the considering of all opinions is how one can arrive at the crux

The difference between working hard and working SMART is about time. Working hard and smart produce same result, in most cases, but working smart give result at a shorter time compare to working hard. This is the reason that makes many people want to belong to the SMART team.

To be a smart worker requires an extra effort. The desire for achieving excellence is supreme. One must be able to analyse the job to be carried out and have a clear understanding of expected result. Working smart

In SFI, working hard is similar to working like a truck pusher who just engage his energy pushing loaded truck. Know application of study, knowledge or wisdom.earnings small compared to work done

However working smart is like a surgeon who first studies, then practice and earning huge. Just 1 to 5 operations he earns thousands of $ far above truck pusher's earnings.
Therefore working smart in SFI is simply to

a) study the system, the rules, the dos and don't s then

b)

Hi Dennis,

Working hard means that you are always logging in to read those tips or lessons from the Backend Office or Forum or even Ask SC and then implementing them so that your business works. You also find ways and means to advertise for sales and recruitment of affiliates and whats-not.

Working SMART is finding ways to DUPLICATE your system to your affiliates so that your Organization compound and grow to become a solid team or force thus ensuring your sales volume increases

Working long hours has been shown to make you no more productive than working 8-hour per day in the long-term. So how do you become more productive when working longer hours won’t do the trick? By working smarter, not harder. Do this by stepping back from your work, spending more time on planning (not just executing), scheduling less time for things, guarding

Excellent question!

The difference between hard work and smart work in SFI is that the hard work includes work with minimal investment, and such work requires a lot of work and effort and especially time. It does not mean that this way of work will not bring good results and success. It will, but requires a lot of work.

On the other side SMART work in SFI is working with the investment. Of course, all of us invest as much as we can. But it does not mean that we should just invest

Greetings.
In SFI one can observe both approaches, but it is more common to see people working harder in hope to achieve more.
It is so simple to work harder: not too much of free thinking, just fulfill steps 1, 2, 3, ...
Surely, there are right ways and wrong ways to do everything, but in very few cases is there one absolute right way. SFI counts 1.6 million affiliates - there must be many ways to do this business, much space for creativity and working smarter.
Still, many are
