They will also take time out to ensure that they learn the nuances of their SFI business. Also, individuals who work SMART chart the path that they need to follow to become successful. Yes, all affiliates must ensure that they set their goals in a way that provide possibilities for achieving them. These goals must become possible to obtain; they must be measurable. Also, individuals conscious of realistic goals make sure that they have the practical or favourable situations for them to reach them in a particular time, for example, on the fifteenth, or any other time of the month. Individuals should give themselves time to revisit, and use any available opportunities to adjust their goals. Of course, all these activities will involve working hard but with a real purpose.

How could an affiliate like you fit into working SMART? Make sure that you set your goals at the beginning of each month. Ensure that these goals are measurable, achievable and practical as well as possible to accomplish in a particular time frame that you have consciously arranged. In so doing, although you may work hard, it will be meaningful, enjoyable. You will enjoy the best results at the end of the month.

Now to be smart worker in SFI your focus has to be on growth of your business. You should do all that would take your business to new peaks month on month as you advance. They can be:

Work smarter...not harder.
This term applies to all fields of work not just SFI. Back in high school my math teacher once told the class that being a mathematician, he tries to find the easiest way to get things done most effectively.

I believe that finding the easiest way to run your SFI business effectively is the way to go. In order to do that you should refer to the SFI compensation plan here: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan. Look for the most actionable thing you can find in the list and start by systematically automating the process of getting it done.

For example, I find it relatively easy for me to maintain my 1500 VP standing order, winning Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs)/Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSAs) in the Pricebenders auctions and recruiting new Personally Referred Members (PRMs) to Tripleclicks since I know a lot of online gamers so here is what I did to automate the process.

note: A standing order is already automated

1. I created a league to each game that I believe my social media contacts may be interested in and publish them. (eg. pin it to the top of my Facebook group posts so that everyone in the group sees it, tweet about it etc.)
2. I love the fun of manual bidding but whenever I won't have enough time to do it myself then I would use the notorious Bid Assist tool to help with my bidding.

This is just an example of how you can automate your SFI work in your favor hence working smarter, not harder.

I also maintain an auto-responder to help with my daily newsletters and very soon I will be automating my blog.

Working hard is easy.. it's the "working smart" that's MOST difficult for so many.

When it comes to working "SMART" in your SFI/TripleClicks business, one must first understand and appreciate the fact that SFI has now been in business for 18-years. That's 18-years of compiling important information that has enabled SFI to create a highly SUCCESSFUL business that now stretches to 190 countries. Therefore, they know what they are doing!

That being said, part of your "working smart" is in recognizing that fact, and adhering to their plan of action, which includes:

1. Logging on everyday, and doing your daily "RED" tab assignments
such as your "To-Do List".. "ASK SC".. "FORUM".. etc.. whereby you are
able to accumulate at least 10 VersaPoints (VP).. in order that you may
take advantage of "WIN IT" the Daily Grand Drawing where you can
win multiple prizes to help lift your SFI/TripleClicks business higher.

2. Advertising and/or Promoting your SFI/TripleClicks business in some
form everyday, using your gateway links and banners and posting them
on Blogs and Websites to gain exposure for your business.

3. Learning as much as you can, each and everyday, not just for you but
so that you can communicate what you have learned to those in your
group (downline/team).. thus teaching them to duplicate what you
yourself are already doing.. and never asking them to do something
you are not doing, or haven't done yourself such as starting a SO
(Standing Order of at least 1500 VP) that assures you (them)
Executive Affiliate status each and every month.

I'm sure you get what I'm trying to say. Basically.. the "smart way to work" is to lead by example. Put to good use all you have learned by passing it on to those people in your group. Be available to them as much as is humanly possible.

There is a big difference between working hard and working mart! Let me give you an example of working hard. When I first joined, I picked up on the confusion a lot of people expressed, so I set about simplifying the business information in a website of my own. A lot of others seemed to be doing the same thing, but here is what I found, the business is dynamic beyond belief. I had to keep revising my website every month just to keep up with all the changes. I put a lot of time and effort into that website before I finally gave up and let SFI do the job for me. I was reinventing the wheel. That is not working very smart!

Another thing I did that falls under the category of working hard, and not very smart, was in my advertising campaign. I created these monster product webpages. I spent so much time making those things beautiful, but when I finally got them to market, half the products were no longer available or the ECA was no longer listing products in the business. That was a lot of wasted effort! As in everything else, keep it simple. Choose a few products that you believe in. Don't try to sell everything! The latter would be working smart.

Some people fall into the habit of trying to raise the dead. That certainly isn't working very smart. Work the numbers, and work with the workers. Don't waste much time on trying to coax dead wood! It is not very productive and is generally very frustrating for you as well. Learn how to say NEXT! Like the old expression says, you can lead a horse to water, but can't make them drink. Look for thirsty horses.

This is a great question that secretly asked by most members of SFI.
First, you should be sure that this is the right thing for you, and put forth their best in it. We have seen that despite the persistence and the whole effort, however once the results are out, do not see.I then need to make a few smart moves.
For start, begin with advertising, if you can not you afford to pay, there are many free pages for advertising.But, if you are able to invest in you and your work, then there are many ways the smart business in the SFI. For example:
* Be Fast Track member - this small investment of 20%, in the later years of operation will bring a lot more -10% of your monthly earnings
*Standing Order-his is the smartest investment that you can do it - every month you have a guaranteed status, plus a reputation for stimulating the production of your members (you're serious leader determined to succeed your intention)
*GIFT CARDS -great and smart way to help a member who is just starting work at SFI - this show that you care for your members.
If you do these things, be sure that you are on the right and smart way to success.

We joined SFI to earn money. So the first thing you have to do is recognize what activities actually increase you income.

The fastest ways to earn money:
1. Sell personal items you don’t need or want any more on Tripleclicks.
2. Promote products on Tripleclicks and earn commissions from resulting sales.

For long term sustained income there are 3 primary ways to do this.
1. Open an ECA (E commerce Store on Tripleclicks).
I would not do this unless you have good products that can be sold at a competitive price.
2. Recruit an existing business to become an ECA on Tripleclicks. You would earn commissions on all of their sales.
3. Recruit a team of PSA and CSA affiliates. If you develop a good team, this will result in a long term sustainable income. This takes time and a lot of work.

What do all of the above have in common?

They all require good promotion / advertising.

One of the unique strengths of Tripleclicks is the use of social media networks to promote what you are selling. The reason this is important is building trust is the biggest hurtle to selling on the internet. So you need to maintain your reputation and only promote what you believe in.

Here is an example of the power of social media. My sponsor’s daughter has a good following on her Facebook page. Companies send her free product all the time in the hope that she will wear it or use it and post a picture on Facebook.

Recognize that the games and auctions are tools that can be used to attract new people to Tripleclicks but that is not where your income will come from.

It is always the best option to work smart instead of hard. To actually do it is a different kettle of fish altogether.

I believe time management will go a long way in achieving it.
Another action you can take is to set up your goals very clearly and then work out a plan of action to achieve your goals.

Your business plan is a working document, review it often and make changes when it is necessary. If you do this will not add more and more work - instead you will keep what is working and dismiss what is not working - that is working smart. It is insane to keep on doing the same thing and expecting different results. If you are not happy with the results you are getting, change what you are working.

To set up a smooth running business plan will take some effort and time in the beginning but after that you just have to make changes and adjustments when and if necessary. Your business plan needs to be visible and available to work with - so get out of your head and put it in writing.
