Movers on your home page are the PSAs or CSAs who had scored some Versa Points (more than zero). That means they know the procedure of scoring Versa Points. Taking cue from here we need to proceed further.

First of its your primary duty to establish contact with your PSAs/CSAs (movers). Once the contact has been established through email, Personal Messages or through Facebook etc or through phone calls, it becomes easy to help, support and guide them.

There are basically two methods to help them move up:

1. Allot them 10 credits each to play EZ games, bidding or for downloading songs. They can also upload few items on their ECA page for selling.

2. The second and major way to help them is through giving them Gift cards to purchase a NMP or a standing order (minimum of 100 Tcredits), so that they can become Eas and above and start gathering more and more CSAs every month.

3. Thirdly tell them the secrets of your success like visiting Forum everyday. Reading training articles to understand the SFI business well. This way you inculcate ‘duplication’in your team of movers and eventually you succeed as your success depends upon the success of your movers.

If you are logging in every day then you will be viewing your Movers on a regular basis and hopefully not just skipping quickly to the BIG BLUE "I have reviewed this page" button.

So in answer to your question .... Remembering it's their business ... you could offer -

* guidance by viewing their VP Ledger and helping them reach their goals and required VP for
the week, month, day etc..
* support by offering helpful suggestions that you yourself have tried and tested.... see
"duplication"
* to share your ideas and accomplishments
* re-assignment of affiliates if the Movers are PSA's
* incentives like T-Credits or gift certificates

and most of all offer communication at all times, let them know you are there to help and how best they can reach you. Be available !!!

Movers are the active affiliates in your team who're trying to actualise their SFI dream.
To help them move to the next level, point them confidently in the direction of SFI plan otherwise known as the plan. (https://www.sfimg.com/the-plan).
As affiliates, they're to read and learn all about the business and implementing the knowledge garnered afterwards. They're to graduate to EAs.
As EAs, they're to place appropriate Standing Order of 125 tcredits of 1500vp and then recruiting at least 5 affiliates. Then graduate to Bronze Team Leaders.
Now by placing a standing order of 2000vps and helping their affiliates to becoming EA2s who in turn will rinse and repeat what he/she did at that level.
As Silver team leader, appropriate SO of 2500vp and the EA2s becoming BTLs and theirs EA2s etc.
AsGold Team Leader with 3000vp SO and team one SLT and 2 BTLs and 3 EA2s and 4 EAs and 5 affiliates.
As Platinum, with 3500vps SO and level 1 GTLs, 2 STLs, 3 BTLs, 4 EA2s 5 EAs and 6 Affiliates.

What to do my friend?
What I do?

1. Monitor Movers list. Control the Green line of each member. Suggesting what they should do in order to stay in E365 competition.
2. Monitor Genealogy. Genealogy filters are a powerful tool for sorting and examination of members in various conditions.
3. Giving to my hard-working members, if they miss a few VP, send them $ 2. They can buy 1TC and get 102 VP. If they do not achieve the status, it is more expensive than $ 2.
4. I often organize competitions. For example. I rank my members with the most active newly enrolled members and send them Gift Certificates or TCredits.
5. I often organize Co-Op with EA Fast-Track or EA2 members, MY costs for advertising. It is the support of my prospective members and motivation to new members.
6. Make common FB group for the advice, support and collaboration.

You must be friends with the team. You have often daily contact your members, particularly members who are inactive for one to two days. There's a problem. You can solve it together.

Your people must to trust you. It will do the same as you. If you're doing well, it is a quality duplication.

First and foremost Zina, you must lead by example!

If you want your MOVERS to "move up to the next level," teach them by showing them that you are doing the same things. Point is, don't ask them to do something you aren't doing yourself.

If you want them to duplicate your efforts, make sure you are duplicating the efforts of your sponsor/co-sponsor, or if they aren't setting a good example for you, you still set the GOOD examples for the members under you.

As much as you can, participate in as much as possible (i. e. Eager Zebra, S-Builder, have a SO, etc.), then, hopefully, what they see you are doing they will likewise do.

2. If any has not done a minimum 1500 VP standing order advice them to do so.

3. Let them know that reading news to get most recent updates is absolutely important.

4. Tell them to observe Sfi set down success rules, how by studying them.

There so may ways you can help the movers on your team.

Competition always generate more action hence holding a competition will always push movers forward.

You can also offer gift certificates, PSA or other incentives whenever an any member moves up on his/her own. I would recommend you surprise the affiliate with the gift and an offer for more incentives for progressing even more. Encouragement commends action so I am sure that gifts and incentives will create an active team of strong and willing movers.

Firstly, I observe he or she on movers everyday. If they are there and check the daily vp. If affiliate not collected maximum vp for that day, send message. that will be enough for them to start.

Secondly, If affiliate is on movers few days and not there after that, send encouraging messages to come back to movers, most of the time in few days they will be there. Until they come back on movers send encouragement messages every day.

Finally for irregular movers, it is difficult to predict what are they going to do. Write encouragement messages daily for few days, if no actions , then write messages weekly and so on.

Okay, that is a very interesting question! Now what should you do to motivate your down lines to rise up the ranks for example you are EA2, you must try to 'persuade' your PSAs to become EA2s too! They must remain EA2 for 2 months before they can move up,their ranks.Offer them prizes, incentives like gift cards, to the one who becomes an EA2 the earliest! Then while they are mere Affs or EAs, get them to 'create' their own down lines by persuading their friends & relatives, Church members to join under them as Affs & later as EAs and later as EA2! This is called 'Duplication method'.By doing so, every month, you are assured to become and instant EA2 with the group VPs which will automatically give you the necessary 1,500 VPs & if you enough VPs in your down lines, & have 3,000 VPs, u can become a BTL & earn enough on your own to become a STL! So as u rise up the rank from BTL to STL, u must get your down lines also to become from EA2 to BTL & they in turn must get their down lines to become BTLs,too. Do not be too concerned if if your level 1 & 2 are so active that they become STLs while u still remain a BTL provided they all have been active EAs & EA2 for 2 months. you will get extra cash incentives so it is added incentives for you. Inform them daily what is free options available in SFI for gaining VPs for extra motivation

Try to achieve your goals and earn commissions from SFI also inform them about your earnings
which will motivate them to work daily with you

If it is possible make some group meetings with Team members with your Sponsors and Upline members of sfi
