If you are logging in every day then you will be viewing your Movers on a regular basis and hopefully not just skipping quickly to the BIG BLUE "I have reviewed this page" button.

So in answer to your question .... Remembering it's their business ... you could offer -

* guidance by viewing their VP Ledger and helping them reach their goals and required VP for
the week, month, day etc..
* support by offering helpful suggestions that you yourself have tried and tested.... see
"duplication"
* to share your ideas and accomplishments
* re-assignment of affiliates if the Movers are PSA's
* incentives like T-Credits or gift certificates

and most of all offer communication at all times, let them know you are there to help and how best they can reach you. Be available !!!

The easiest way is .... DUPLICATION ......
The term "duplication" here at SFI doesn't just mean getting your team to duplicate you !!!
It means you too can duplicate.

And with all the "duplicating" methods SFI offers it makes learning to write well so much easier. You don't have to be a good writer but, with duplication you can learn.

You don't have to re-write any rules just follow the tried and tested guidelines set out for us by SFI and when doing so, remember to read ...... and you will learn

For example ......


? Duplicate your sponsor's letter that you received and send that to your Affiliates.
? Try amending it a little. Keep a log of feedback, replies etc. to see what works and what doesn't.
? The best place to keep notes is on your affiliates "Notes" tab on their snapshot ID page.
? Use and read sample message's and letter's that SFI provides for your weekly group mail, welcome letters, E-cards, in-active affiliates, profile page etc.
? The more you read and interact the more you will learn

Explain your excitement, hopes & dreams about SFI to your family and get them involved, that's just one of the perks of working for yourself, being able to let your family into YOUR office anytime you like.

My first ideas would be prizes .... Maybe a raffle for a gift certificate ?

Also have some TripleClicks products on show ... preferably one's you buy yourself or products that your audience could/would use. Perhaps put these in the raffle too or even better ... put a price tag on the products. People love to try and/or buy instantly.

Have plenty of literature about SFI and TripleClicks at your presentation for people to read or take away.

Offer an incentive for signing up that night.

Offer a "one to one" appointment to anyone who may need further help to get started.

The answer to this question is duplication .....

You simply pass on everything you learnt as a student to become a successful teacher. Use all the tools you have here at SFI to learn as that student and once you have mastered something like the Auctions, Games, Advertising, selling etc ....

.........Then pass it on to your team...... Do this immediately or keep notes. There is a great little tool on your affiliate's snap shot profile page that save notes for you, that only you see. This helps you keep track of your individual interactions with affiliates :-)

Here's my view ....

In my mind I am helping others do what I am doing and that is earning a Residual Income. I never feel selfish doing this as I don't view my affiliates as "income".

I think first and foremost that I want THEM to succeed and so I channel ALL my energies into that. Even if it means only having a few minutes to myself at the end of the day to do my own To-Do List.

It's MY job to build MY Residual Income - not theirs .... So I go about my business and I take tremendous positivity from my Movers and I really don't let inactive Affiliates bother me one tiny little iota !!!! My view is it's their loss - not mine, as I am still active and doing something about my business and they are not.

So who is winning ? Me of course because it stands to reason that if they are doing "nothing" and I am doing "something", then I must be winning. My Residual Income will continue to grow if I continue to be Active.

I think therefore I am - René Descartes.

I still continue to involve ALL affiliates in my communications at least ONCE a week but, I don't spend any time hoping they will awaken whilst trying to activate them. I just do my job and move onto my next goal/task/affiliate.

As for the dictator part .... keeping in mind all of the above ...... try to also keep in mind that it's "their" business not YOURS. You probably wouldn't take too kindly to some-one dictating to you so just try to treat others with the same respect you require your peers to give you :-)
