Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

Definitely I participated in new CSA exchange.
Firstly I choose people rom different countries whose language is not english. These people has more chance of communicating with people who can speak their first language.
Secondly , I choose CSAs who are registered and not collecting any points or minimum points. They will get a another chance before removing from the list.
Thirdly, I choose CSAs who are registered and actively participated and collected VP for some time, But during last 6 month no activity for some reason.
Those works for me slowly. but for better results.

How can I help the Movers on my team move up to the next level?

Firstly, I observe he or she on movers everyday. If they are there and check the daily vp. If affiliate not collected maximum vp for that day, send message. that will be enough for them to start.
Secondly, If affiliate is on movers few days and not there after that, send encouraging messages to come back to movers, most of the time in few days they will be there. Until they come back on movers send encouragement messages every day.
Finally for irregular movers, it is difficult to predict what are they going to do. Write encouragement messages daily for few days, if no actions , then write messages weekly and so on.

S-Builder Co-op or PSAs To Go. Which is better and why?

S-Builder or PSAs To Go Both are good.
S- Builder - Some months only get few Affiliates. some months. We can get lot of affiliates.
PSA To go, If you order 20, you will get 20 .
Difference is not the number of Affiliates you get. Difference is the conversation of Affiliates to an executive affiliate and continuation.
If you are lucky enough, Some affiliates do not ask for help, but continuously maintain EA status without hesitation.
There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints. Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?

First of all complete daily actions, weekly actions and monthly actions to accumulate maximum points.
Then Participate all free games to collect Tripleclick points.
Participate in Double point Pricebinder auctions and collect points.
Enter into T-time game once every hour as long as you can during the day. Then you can win extra 2 MRP
You can play 2 card king games for free every day
Every single MRP count towards your monthly status as executive affiliate at least

How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?

I will not say you must do this or you must not do this.
Every person is different.
I can say from my experience I notes following
= People always give priority for products with free delivery
= you can include the delivery cost to the price
= but price need to be competitive
= Always research in SFI as well as other websites such as ebay price range
= If it is a special item rarely available online to buy, try few items at a
reasonable price
= If you have large amount of same product try few at a time to see the market
= some products only target to specific local area. those products you better to
advertise only in local markets.
= learn from experience that is very valuable rather than someone else advice

What is the advantage of becoming an ECA...and if I become one, how does it help my SFI business?

Becoming an ECA is similar to opening a brand new shop
Advantages:
- no capital cost
`- within few seconds product details distribute all over the world
- Earn VP points which you can achieve your status( EA, TL ETC.
- few minutes to enter into system only once
- you can get profit which can use to develop your network.
What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?

We all have 24 hours in a day. We have to manage that time wisely. I am working full time in a very busy environment. But I managed to log on to SFI every day.
I commute by bus for about 45 minutes each way. That means I have one and half hours per day.
I complete daily tasks on my notebook
Read 30 ask sc questions
Answer any queries from Down lines
And some advertising. Plenty of time to do all my activities.
Then I have standing order for every month.
That is enough for me to maintain EA status for last 12 months.
Apart from that when I have few minutes during day I log on to triple click and enter for the game to win 2 t-credits on iPhone. I always won at least some t-credits every month.
This is enough for me to keep going. If you have desire, you can find time to do any thing. SFI now become part of my daily routine like brush my teeth everyday.

Would it be beneficial to create separate forums and do web seminars about SFI in languages other than English?

I think it will be very useful for people who are non- English speaking. Everybody comfortable with their mother tongue. Then They can answer questions in their language.
At the moment SFI members in my group 20 -30% are not fluent in English.
But I am not sure how will it effect to technical side of the SFI. Because someone fluent in each language has to take responsibility to maintain that forum. DO we have that facility or can we create that facility? We have to think twice about that.
Probably SFI can start the few main languages on trial basis to see how effective it is? Then develop if it is worthwhile.

How do I get my affiliates to understand the importance of grabbing the DAILY Action VP available to them?

I have to tell them that to become an executive affiliate, there is a minimum number of action Vp required. Minimum of 11vp we can earn daily. If we miss that next day you cannot get that vp. That means daily vp is critical. You can buy things and accumulate vp but you can't obtain action vp any other way. Lot of people have difficulty in obtaining action vp to become EA or BLT

How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?

What I do is Start a casual conversation through email and understand the reason for anxious.; If affiliate is anxious due to excitement, I twill try to calm down her. As usual Every person excites when something new happened or new action.
Then I will point out the actions they have to take to be success and At least for how long.
Then Affiliate will most probably understand that and start working on it. Then Affiliate will become busy person doing all these actions. Then No time to be to anxious.
Then I will check VP ledger and time to time remind the missing actions.
Then they will realise this success would not happen over night. Then they will calm down.
It works for most of the time
