you can help your Movers on your team to move up to the next level by encouraging them to take a second look at the opportunities the business offers and how they can be involved to make it work.

Some people don't really understand how to go about with this system and some are just taking their time to advance to the next level. But as a leader you are in the position to clearly explain to them the importance of all the levels in SFI and the benefits associated with those levels and how growing in the business will help them grow and income.

Hopefully by so doing they may want be more involved and be more activate.

and the Fast Track.

If you can afford to, send the movers ten T credits and a few bucks
by a gift certificate with 10 days to expire.

With an expiration of ten days that might hit their next payday from
their J-O-B. Then they could afford both the Fast Track and a SO.

You can help the movers on your team move up to the next level by employing the following rules:
If they are starters in your team, ask & admonish them to visit the SFI basics/launch pad & do their daily activities/tasks.
Distribute Tcredits, gift cards/certificates to them & set up a S-builder co-op for them.
Ask them to do buy or sell on TripleClicks or refer an ECA there to earn commissions.
Most importantly, ask them to be committed & dedicated to their SFI business daily & learn how it goes by using the marketing methods & aids to advertise to people & create downlines by duplication.

If your members are short for few points to status,send them a small gift certificate to encourage them to buy more...teach your members to play games and earn tc credit(uber pick,card king,time machine,pick the price). Of course,the best way is lead by example. If you have SO,explain your team members why is so great to have a SO.

You can send them encouraging mails.
1. That they should continue eveyday going to the daily actions.
2.Visiting the Forum for ideas that can motivate them.
3.Purschase a standing Order.
4.Keep reading informations about how to grow their business.
5.If they need some few point to the next level, you can send them T.credits.

Good question. Everyone certainly has his method. I explain and answer questions and tell you exactly where they want, how and what they have done for that particular thing, to advance to their higher post. Must necessarily be the EA, and it can be very beginning even create a PSA without the use or investment of only $ 20, because you can buy just the beginning convenient package. P?esn?v know why they should buy it and if they have enough money, they usually buy it. But a lot of people have financial difficulties, so they can not buy much of anything, and then the process slower and more laborious. They must choose among many ways that they can as soon as you have some profits and build your business faster. Whoever is serious, lasts and immediately see that he wants to work. Very important is trust and honesty, and there is even a friendship. This is another positive nice on SFI.

Hi,

A good way to get more and more power on SFI is to put more and more money to buy essentially PSAs and play games to keep fun, what you can tell to them is to focus their efforts on TC sales, because when you have benefits, you can use them to get more PSAs and CSAs for "free". The lone disadvantage with this strategy is to always and spend more time for sales and in same time more for your affiliates and help them to grow with same strategy or others so everyone need to be really involved during your growth and after that you can give your experience to yours affiliates etc... Of course that's not working for everyone because TC sales aren't fixed revenues.

There will always be three kinds of movers in our Movers tab;

1. Those who are in their first 7 days with the program.
They are curious, suspicious, and are driven by the desire for information that can help them make that 2nd income asap, else they will walk away.

You can help them by making them buy into our compensation plan, how this is going to help them reach their dreams, and the simple tasks needed to be performed to earn the first 1c to $1 and the effort needed to double up the earnings. Basically, these are leads and must be converted to real PSAs. Use the necessary sales techniques and methods to close them .

2. The second group are those who have joined the program a long time ago but have never shown up in the Movers tab for various reasons and are now showing up because something has piqued their interests or they have been doing some background review of the program and are now convinced that they can work it.

You can help them by telling them a story about the SFI, especially something good that they missed up on but can catch up on if they should set their goals and stick to them.

3. The third group are those who are fully conversant with the program and are always in the Movers tab but are not advancing to the next level.

If they are your PSAs, then all you can do is work with them, plan with them, motivate them and give them the support they really need to move up. If the rules changes and you are able to reassign them EA2s and TLs and they can afford the cost associated with the applicable VPs then that is what you must do.
