How can I help the Movers on my team move up to the next level?

You have to keep an eye open for opportunities to help them by giving them tips to earn more VP. In order to do that you need to look at their VP ledger and see if there are points they are not using.

If you can afford to do so - give your gift certificates to your movers instead of handing it out to try and recruit new affiliates. A gift certificate of $10.00 is worth more to them than 10 T-credits - why? Because they can buy T-credits and earn VP - every VP will help them to

1. Need of your Affiliate/PSAs/CSAs
The only way you are going to know what your team needs from you in order to be more successful is to listen to them. Sometimes simply listening can help you to identify ways you can provide what is needed.(Identify their weakness and what exactly they want)

Thank you for your question. I think one of the best ways to help the Movers on my team move up to the next level is by first setting a good example for them. No one wants to be told, "Do as I say, not as I do!" First make sure that you are taking care of your business. Lead the way by doing the best job that you can.
The next thing that I would suggest doing is to make sure that you offer praise and encouragement for a job well done. It makes us feel good about ourselves

1. Keep following their activities on a daily basis.
2. Where ever necessary, give them clarifications.
3. Address their genuine concerns then and there.
4. Establish two way communications;
5. Do not put too much pressure on them through too many mails;
6. Prove you are genuinely interested in their growth & success;

Generally, the Movers on your team are affiliates who are willing to go further in this business.
But sometimes the will is not enough.
Here is where you, as their Sponsor, have to act:

Lead by example
+ have your Standing Order for 1500 VPs,
+ get the most AVPs from your To-Do list,
+ keep recruiting new PSA and PRM,
+ be active at TripleClicks (generate sales, PBA, EZ games, … ),
+ transfer your buying to TripleClicks,
+ be visible

First you have to be the leader of the pack, and lead by example. It
doesn’t mean all your movers want to move to the next level, some
of them are very comfortable where they are for one reason or another
could be financial problem or not spending enough time to grow their
business or market the product and they lack consistency.

Keep lines of communication with your movers open and check to make sure they are moving toward their goals. Let them know how valuable they are and show them where they may need more VP in their VP ledger. Perhaps you can give them some TCredits or a gift certificate to help them. Be very careful about gift certificates, however. You do not want to make affiliates dependent on you. You want them to build their own team and work on their own.

Support for your downline members is a critical function of being an affiliate.

The support to help them advance is a big part of a leader's role and simply would be good to consider the following:

Ask your Movers what he or she wants to achieve and be there to provide leads to where he or she may find information or motivation in support of their journey to achieve

Model, model, model - not only what you say impacts your Movers but what you do as well - be sure

Firstly, it is treated every new member, and immediately send a letter of welcome and I say that I am very glad that we work together, then tell them that they can always ask me at any time, all they care or they do not understand.
Examine their ledger list and point out to them what they failed to do so and ask if they need help with them

When you talk about "the next level," do you mean in terms of increasing rank, in terms of increasing commissions, or in terms of developing new elements to one's business?

Increasing rank involves increasing VersaPoints through sales, personal actions, and supporting the actions of affiliates (or some linear combination of the three). For that, study your affiliates' VersaPoint Ledger and see where they could be earning those extra points and coach them on what might be missing.
