With the new requirements for Team Leader status, it is much more necessary to help your PSAs to move upward. You will not move upward if some of them do not.

Basically what we want to do is to encourage all of our PSAs and at the same time, all of our generations, to follow the SFI BASICS, which includes sponsoring, buying and selling TC products, and teaching duplication.

When you sponsor a new affiliate, it is of utmost important to send him/her your warm welcome. You should let him/her know right from the start that you’re committed to his/her success.

As sponsor you have to develop a strategy in building close relationship with your team members and helping them to understand the core principle of SFI right from the start. A stronger and closer relationship within your team means your team will likely follow your lead to become active and stay active

We get "Movers" in our teams by sponsoring new affiliates, retaining them as active PSAs and teaching them duplication. These activities have always been at the core of building a successful SFI business. They are, now, being further highlighted with the newly published team leader qualifications that require having executive affiliates and team leaders in our first generation genealogy.

Our "Movers" are those active affiliates who have shown proven interest in building

We are often reminded to “Work with our workers,” and I must say that is a true and powerful statement. For it is our workers, in our teams, that will move us to the top levels of success in SFI. In knowing this it, would be to our best interest to assist our workers to achieve higher levels.

A good reason for doing the above is that when one of your teammates reaches a higher level they get excited and this helps to build their trust in the fact that SFI is a viable

How can I help Movers in my team to move up to the next level?

Zina, that is a question thousands of affiliates and Team Leaders are looking for answers. I will try to answer that with my personal example.

At any point of time I have at least 10 or more Movers in my team doing Daily Action tasks and scoring important Versa Points. But it wasn't like that initially. Many of my PSAs were inactive. For first few months I myself was inactive. I didn't understand its potential till

As a good sponsor, we can motivate or encourage our active team members in the team to move to the next level by:-

1. Ensure that they have a Monthly Standing Order minimum of 1500 versa point to automatically qualify as EA (which will enable them partake of the Tripleclicks Executive Pool) which they would be entitled to an additional 100 versa points for having a minimum of 1500 versa point standing order.

There are many ways to help your Movers to move up to the next level.

As we all know by now that some will and some won’t do anything to advance to the next level and are just happy to plod along and stay EA or BTL or whatever rank they are in.

Be creative and resourceful in finding ways to get your Movers moving forward with you.

Of course, it starts with you leading the way and showing your Movers that if you can do it, so can they.

Excellent goal. For starters that's why the 'Movers' tab exists so you can work with your workers! Of course, the same rule applies to movers as to inactives as far as getting them to take action on your recommendations. You can't make anyone do anything that they are not willing to do. They don't work for you or care that you are their sponsor. They care about 1 thing and that is THEIR progress. Never

Movers are affiliates who are active in your team and have logged in intermittently or regularly. They are a very important part of your SFI business because they help you build your business in more ways than one. They are your workers, both PSAs and CSAs who have taken up the challenge of earning online.

I find it easy to deal with the Movers because I do not have to push them or encourage them to do the minimum, visit their SFI Homepage daily; some of them do not but they do log in

There are many ways in which you can motivate your active PSAs and CSAs (movers) to rise up to the next level and some examples include:

1. Help them through duplication, that is lead by example.
2. Have a look at their ledgers and identify areas of weakness and make some helpful suggestions, without being demanding.
