You have to lead by example. All you will wish to teach or direct your downlines to do, i will suggest you do it first as to be a good leader.

In my humble opinion what we should do is have more of PSA, observe and work with stakeholders and work, motivate others to start and if it does, leave and follow those. This is not a business for most in my opinion, most do not believe, nothing ventured, does not keep the faith, does not persevere.

Focus on your work and go arming a growing team there to choose from, so far acquired knowledge, it is advisable to buy Co-Op action Builder each month that supply from 5 PSA guaranteed for each package, create a own website or blog where you can post your products and TC (TripleClicks), in addition to social networks; On the other hand get a SO each month to have guaranteed minimum 1500 VP, besides work in Central Affiliate, tasks and take more and more knowledge to enter, use as much as possible Forum, there you can find valuable advice.

That is a good question. What can be done is, you continue to encourage them. Send good tips on how to be successful. There are lots of messages where you can star from and send to them and you have your own experience which is far better.

Motivate them praise them, give them rewards those that working, and those that are weak give them off and on a boost. (send a TC credit for them).

Hi,
Its my personnel experience because having non-active PSAs cause self-discourage to all the sponsors at SFI.
Now a days people wants Fast money,nobody is ready to wait until 6 months...
After joining in SFI,people will work for One month actively without built any downline,then they will see the commissions are less in first month....then slowly will disappear...
I did a small experiment for those type of people...
1. I took my commissions report snap shot and sent to every inactive person in my downline
2. I have prepared one PPT document saying that all the benifits of SFI Plan & residual income details and sent to all my inactive person in my downline

Then,there is huge difference I have seen......many of my PSAs turned active.

Every Sponsor love to see,their downline people should earn handsome money....this is not a selfish thing I fell at SFI.

I always emphasize that in order to be an awesome sponsor, one must also be an awesome affiliate. What I mean by this is that you should get your hands dirty alongside your downline members as you each build the foundation of your respective businesses.

As far as not wanting to come off as a dictator, give your affiliates a funny quip or a clever one-liner along with a team mail. A little humor can go a long way.

Each person is different, for some playing games or bidding in actions will be their primary interest. For others they will be serious about wanting to build their own team. You can encourage them by helping them to overcome the difficulties of building a team.

Sharing your successes and how you overcome problems are always a sure way to motivate.

Encouraging affiliates to get started and stay active in SFI is the main challenge for sponsors and co-sponsors without needing to push that may be misinterpreted as being selfish or being a dictator.

It's been said repeatedly to lead by example- they see, they follow if they wish to.

If not, let them be, but continue to do your work, earn new Badges, be visible by participating in all SFI contests, like the quarterly Leadership Challenge, E365 contest, be a Forum Guru, Top Author, Top Sponsor, Top Enroller, etc.

Share with them every milestones achieved by other members of your team through your weekly newsletters, via the Stream Post, your Leadership Page, and in the Forum where other affiliates can see how proud you are of your team members' achievements and accomplishments.

Every now and then send a "Here to Help" E-card to let them know you care and are just waiting for them to log in and visit their Homepage to give them and business a fighting chance at success.

First highlight that you sponsor them, and that means that they're not the boss, but the person they want to help with their experience, advice, that it wants to introduce in the business, who wants to warn them of some things that do not make wrong as you might you . Emphasize that this is only their own business and that it has nothing to do with you, and that you care whether they do or not because they work for themselves. If you were there to help them and how they want to accept this help or not their thing, you can do to help them, and came to the ears of them. But certainly they send ecard with podsrškom and offer their help, be sure to send PSA Mailer, maybe launch

This is a very nice question and i do hope based on my experience, I would be able to assist you in strengthening your team.

As a team leader, we lead by example. Like I have a Standing Order which is t credits that I get 1500 versa points. I let them know that with a minimum of 1500 versa points Standing Order, (being an EA) that they will get 100 versa points as bonus. The badge is usually displayed on your leadership page.With that, they will believe you.

Highlighting the benefits of being an EA monthly would help as well. As Sponsors, we need to let them know that they can only earn on a monthly basis whenever people make purchases through their affiliate referral link or when they are an EA. Just being affiliate, they get nothing after the hardwork they would have put within the month by just doing their daily tasks.

There is the saying that little drop makes a mighty ocean and with a limited budget of $18.90, they can maintain their EA rank on a monthly basis by combining both The daily, Weekly and Monthly actions (AVP+SVP)=1500. That is to say that they can make a monthly standing order of 10 single t credits at $1.89 per t credit combined with daily tasks+weekly tasks+monthly tasks+SVP=1500 I.e 360+152+12+1020=1544 which makes them EA.

Being EA monthly, they benefit as SFI will give them 2 CSAs and an additional 10 t credits ( worth $5.90 monthly being an EA).

Another way of encouraging your team members is by guiding them on how to play EZebra games especially Card King. Let them know the importance of sidekicks and how each 1 t credit spent equates to 1AVP. With the action vp, helps to build their ranks. Winning is what motivates and if they see your badge, they would have the belief that they can do it.

Another way of encoraging them is to have a team contest where winners of such contest are rewarded with a gift certificate or t credits given to hard working affiliates that have attained or reached certain milestone in the team.

Remember as the saying goes, seeing is believing. As good sponsors, we need to encourage and motivate them and with that, they can also duplicate your actions. Work with the workers, encourage and motivate them and you will get nothing but the best.
