Gifts, any kind of them are very instrumental in making people feel good. They lift up your spirits when you are down, they encourage and motivate. There are however certain cultural barriers that govern the giving of gifts and how they are interpreted. Again the "value" of gifts is also important in determining the meaning of that gift. It is like the color of roses and what they mean for the giver and taker!

Having said that we have to be very careful what we are offering

When building an Internet Marketing business like SFI you will need to be enrolling people into your program. With SFI that isn’t too hard because it is a company that is free to join. The mentoring and training is free, websites to promote the business is free and most of your marketing materials are free.

With that being said, I find it hard to even think of giving a brand new arrival, PSA (Personally Sponsored Affiliate) some kind of gift for joining your team. To

A great welcome gift for a new PSA or CSA is merely a great sponsor/co-sponsor .If they have been into any other online affiliate marketing business, it will be a pleasant surprise for a new affiliate to have friendly, helpful contact from an upline leader.

SFI has newly introduced two welcome gifts for new PSAs, a $1.00 cash gift given after they have proven their activity level, or a few TCredits before they are even started. Both gifts are funded mostly by the sponsor but SFI puts

Simple fact is the best gift you can give anyone that joins your team is KNOWLEDGE.

If you give them gifts all it does is create a culture where they will expect to receive gifts in order to remain active, and as soon as you stop sending them gifts they will just turn their attention elsewhere.

You need to give them the knowledge that the only way they will truly benefit not just from SFI but from any program they participate in, they must apply themselves fully and commit to

You have your own choice as a sponsor to send a gift to your new PSAs and CSAs.

SFI has designed two options for your new PSAs to offer TCredits Welcome (TW) or Cash Welcome (CW). Both have the same purpose to encourage your new PSAs, who became inactive shortly after signing up to become active again.

Most new affiliates are familiar with cash, so they mostly opt to take the Cash Welcome. You can still take advantage of using the TCredits Welcome to encourage activity to your

Good day Augustine,

As an awesome sponsor, there are various ways of welcoming new PSAs and CSAs to the team whether with a gift or not. But it now depends on the seriousness of the affiliates and achievement that would warrant a gift.

New PSAs/CSAs joining SFI or the team can be welcomed by their sponsor/co sponsor with an E card or a welcome mail from you to them.

The welcome mail would be an introduction to SFI/TripleClicks as well as SFI basics. This is an insight

What’s a great welcome gift for new PSAs and CSAs?

I think a great welcome gift for new PSAs and CSAs is anything that will help do the following: -

1. Increases their faith that SFI is a real business,
2. Reassures them that they can grow their own successful SFI business,
3. Lets them know that they have a dynamic leader (you), and
4. That they are joining a great team that offers ongoing training and support,
5. Encourages them to get started, and
6. Gives

Here is the way I do it:

For PSAs:
After the Welcome Letter, I see if they become active and have earned at least 250 VP.
At that point I do two things:
1) I send them 10 TCredits with simple instructions on how to use them
2) I reassign 5 PSAs to them so they can collect the 30 VP/week for communicating with them. This also allows them to practice being a sponsor and communicating with their downline.

For CSAs:
After the Welcome Letter,

SFI currently have a system set up where the newly signed up PSA is gifted either with TCredits or cash. These are mainly at the sponsors expense. The idea behind these is to get the new member working immediately and be introduced to TripleClicks.

Interestingly, they always take the cash. They don't always take the TCredits, probably because they don't know what it is.

On top of these I also, and I suspect all sponsors do the same, send the new PSA or CSA a nice and warm
