You have your own choice as a sponsor to send a gift to your new PSAs and CSAs.
SFI has designed two options for your new PSAs to offer TCredits Welcome (TW) or Cash Welcome (CW). Both have the same purpose to encourage your new PSAs, who became inactive shortly after signing up to become active again.
Most new affiliates are familiar with cash, so they mostly opt to take the Cash Welcome. You can still take advantage of using the TCredits Welcome to encourage activity to your new affiliates by doing a follow up after sending them the TW.
You need to explain to them clearly the many uses of TCredits to get them active with SFI and TripleClicks. With those new PSAs accepting your TW gift you can get in touch with them in real time upon acceptance of the gift through SFI Instant Messaging (SFIM). You don't have to spend so much time sending them emails, that might land on their SPAM folder and most likely would never be seen.
The advantage of both programs is getting their immediate attention upon sign up. PSAs will be presented with your TC/TW gift through an instant screen to capture their attention and does not rely on an email being delivered, opened, and read. These tools are great in initiating your new affiliates to become active and get to know about some of the key elements of the SFI program. Getting people STARTED is the hardest part but with these great tools you have better chances of getting them started and getting them engaged with the system to become active SFI affiliates.
For your PSAs and CSAs, you can send them also welcome E-cards. It is advisable to monitor the development and growth of your PSAs/CSAs and reward them accordingly so as to encourage them to stay active and engage with SFI and TripleClicks.
Don't neglect to give them tips and directions. Be consistent in sending them encouraging messages. Do your very best in training and supporting them, which could be your best gift as a sponsor to them. The close relationship between you and your affiliates is much more invaluable than TW, TC, etc.
