The best gift you can give your new affiliates is your attention, honest and active attention. Remember how you felt in the first days of joining SFI, bewildered, eager and a little in doubt. So contact them as soon as you can and approach them with respect and interest. After the first week the second best gift you can give them is to share your inside knowledge and tips so that they can advance in business as quickly as they can.

The best gift for new PSAs and CSAs is always a good advice. The first valuable advice should
be very simple. They must see that there are no complications in this job. You should use their
names in welcome letter like „Dear John P.” It is more personal and your affiliates will feel that
you are paying attention.

You can give them TCredits or Gift Certificate. I prefer TCredits because they will have opportunity
to try the Pricebenders auctions too, or they can

If you could see a stranger standing outside your front door, who doesn't even knock at the door but just stands there, you're not going to open the door, welcome them in, and give them tea and cookies, are you?

Okay, so you might open the door just a crack if there's also a security gate at your front door, or you may call through a slightly open window "What do you want?" or "Who are you looking for?"

But you're not going to welcome them into your home

A great welcome gift can really be anything you choose. Some people will appreciate your generosity and others will not. TCWelcomes allows you to give TCredits to affiliates when they join. While I have not had anyone to take me up on this offer, I will continue to use it because I know the value of TCredits. The sponsor has the awesome priviledge of setting the expectation. That is, everyone should support TripleClicks. It is our store within a store and the strong arm of the compensation

A great welcome gift to my opinion is some Tcredits. No matter how small the TCredits may be, 2, 3, 5 or 10 Tcredits, it is the best. Some New Affiliates are aware of the tripleclicks' Pricebender auctions, The Eager Zebra games such as Uber-picks, Time Machine, etc, and they know they can only stand a better chance at this games with some Tcredits. They have also read some good stories about some people winning Pricebender auctions by bidding just 1 or 2 Tcredits. I know how excited they will be

My first question to you is why do you need a welcome gift? Here is why! You need to get and keep these persons for life. These persons mean retirement monies so I would say Tcredits, gift certificates, or Tcurrency would be good gifts but i wouldn't just give them willy nilly. I would suggest you give them as they become EAs or BTLs that is sweetening their pie for work well done. The best thing is ENCOURAGEMENT. If you encourage them along the way they feel good and will be willing to do the work

You have a couple of options available.

you can use the e-cards to welcome them and follow it up with a warm inviting welcome letter.

You can give them a gift certificate that they can use to purchase items to earn VP

You can also give them T-credits they can use to earn VP

If you happen to be online the same time as them - just have a quick chat to say: Welcome and congratulations on joining..SFI. I am ...(your name)....your sponsor / co-sponsor. Do

Welcome gifts I have sent to them in the past - it he or she is willing to share a mailing address with me is a start up kit to assist with their marketing program. I will send, when requested to do so a start up package of X-Cards, TripleClicks Gift Cards, and ECA prospecting Post Cards. Once I receive word that the start up kit has been received - I will send messages to him or her to suggest how each item in their start up kit may be used in their local community to promote growth of their down

I think a great gift would be transferring them some TCredits (limit of 10 Tcredits per affiliate) to them although I'm not sure if I could do the same for my CSAs. Then explain to them how to use this mighty tool so they'll eventually learn to bid and play, then they might enjoy them and realize also the importance of having a Standing Order of TCredits as they progress in SFI.

And if one is generous enough, the greatest gift may be a gift certificate because it's flexible. They can

The best gifts for new PSAs and CSAs are those which help them succeed at their business. For example, I will typically award new affiliates a few TCredits and walk them through the process of using them to make Member Listings so they can sell items from home. When you teach your affiliates to make money, they will succeed and continue with SFI.
