You are absolutely correct in saying that majority of the affiliates have limited internet access. Everyone does not possess a Desk Top, Laptop, Ipad or even a Internet Café near to their homes.

As a team leader its our prime duty to help and motivate even such affiliates if we need to succeed in SFI. Therefore, I suggest the following methods to motivate them:

1. Ask them to arrange a loan to purchase a Desktop or a Laptop because it is their own business and some investment would be necessary.

2. Get an Internet connection at home as SFI and TC are home based businesses. This business requires investment like a “Brick & Tar” business.

3. In case they are not able to arrange a loan, suggest them to find out an Internet Café in their locality and spend few minutes (about an hour) to complete the necessary tasks like reading To-do-List.

4. Till the time they have limited Internet Access, they should find out time to use facility at an Internet Café.

5. I am sure if a person is interested in building his business, he/she would find time and place for it because its true “Where there is will; there is a way”.

6. You only need to assure him/her through email, PM or Social Media that he is not alone. You are there to work with him/her and would always guide, support and help him/her.

7. Reward him/her with 10 TCredits and some Triple Clicks Gift Certificate to go an EA in the second month.

8. In the first month, he/she can easily become an EA by completing the tasks given on: https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/MyReports/VPLedger

9. Your motivation and help would be more critical in the second month to become her/him an EA2. Try to reward him with Gift certificate with in first 10 days to purchase a Fast Track Badge.

10. Hope all these motivational points would get him/her get started very well provided you could set up communication in the beginning itself, as “Communication is the Key to Success” and next comes teaching him “Duplication”

This question is also applicable to me and i think i am in a better position to answer this.
I am also from an area where we have very low or limited internet access.
There are many ways i use to communicate with, motivate my downlines / affiliates, see the guideline below;

1. As we have low and limited Electricity supply, internet services / access, this is not a barrier. we try to communicate and access internet using our mobile phones.
2. We most often visits a cyber cafe if the need be or we require more internet access to access the file.
3. you can also power on the mobile phone internet access, then enable your phone wireless connection (Wi-fi) and as well as your personal computer wireless connection (Wi-fi). so as to access and connect you personal computer wireless connection (Wi-fi) to the (Wi-fi) wireless connection of your mobile phone and this will enable / grant you access to browse using your personal computer.
4. Most times, we can also visit a friend with a working internet subscription and request for One Hour access to enable you complete your daily task.

There are still more ways we can do all this, such as; mobile data sharing, family and friends data, borrow me credit, etc.

This is a hard question to answer and resolve. I have a couple of affiliates that have very limited internet access. I send more communications and advise them to work when they can, which they do. It is must be very discouraging and defeating for them. It's hard for them to become a team leader and to advertise their business on line regularly.

Here is some tips I have sent to help them.

If there is an area not too far that has better internet access:

1) Advertising can still be done about SFI and TripleClicks. Place ads in:
a) Newspapers
b) post flyers in businesses about SFI and TripleClicks.
c) Send hand written letters to friends, neighbors, and people you meet

2) Set up meetings or talk with people you meet to explain what SFI and TripleClicks is

5) When the affiliate does have internet, not only do they need to do their daily actions, but should also take the time to advertise in their area. There are may different places to advertise, Social Media, Free and Paid advertising.

b) Type in search engine "Advertising", "Free Advertising" and "Paid Advertising". This will give
places to advertising.

- You can suggest to your affiliate to make use of his/her local library’s Internet connection. Nowadays libraries are equipped with computers which have Internet access.

How do you work with an affiliate who has very limited Internet access?

- When sending your training and support messages to your affiliate, you need to have a strategy – well organized and relevant to the stage of your affiliate’s journey with SFI to make the most of the time available for his/her limited Internet access. There is no room for unclear and irrelevant support messages if you want your affiliate to succeed given the circumstances of limited Internet access.

- Ask him/her to be clear and specific with his/her questions. It’s mutually helpful if your affiliate will write down a list of things for you to clarify. By being specific and clear you can you can give him/her your best tips and or direct him/her to corresponding SFI/Support/FAQ page.

How do you motivate your affiliate who has very limited Internet access?

- Limited Internet access may pose a big challenge for both of you and your affiliate, but there are ways to get around it as stated above. You can take active steps to motivate your affiliate. You can direct him/her to the SFI Forum to connect with you and to others in SFI community. He/she can share his/her challenges or find solutions by searching past threads.

- Your Leadership page is another platform in which you can motivate and build relationship with your affiliate. Always include your leadership page in your communication with your affiliate. If you have organized a contest through your Leadership page, keep the promise of reward/incentive.

- Be there always for your affiliate. If he/she has a question or need your advice, make sure that you make it easy for them to access you.

- Respond promptly to emails and other requests. A quick response shows your affiliate that his/her needs are important to you.

I would explain to my affiliate - via SFI or an email, or even over the phone or in a letter I post if I had to, or even in person if the affiliate lives close by - that they could certainly still be successful with their SFI business even with not much access to the Internet.

I would recommend that their initial time online be spent copy pasting some SFI pages that they could read on their computer later, or even print out the pages and read later if they don't even have much access to a computer. I could help save them some Internet time by providing a list of links to the pages I think they should save and read.

I'd allow them a few days to read through everything and then to get back to me for further tips or steps from me - which would include:

- how to go about marketing offline

- how to go about marketing online in set-and-forget ways

- tips on where to get more access to the Internet

- advice to try and use their limited Internet access time to do at least their Daily Actions every day

- motivation - telling them that should they put in enough effort, that they may soon be able to spend some of their earnings on doing something about their current limited access to the Internet

- motivation - telling them about people who have started with nothing yet have succeeded when they set their mind to working hard and overcoming challenges

Start out with a tour of TripleClicks Direct products using the filter for SFI related items.

Show them that there is a range of offline promotional materials for both SFI and TripleClicks as well as the E-commerce Associates program. Since most Internet issues come from having limited access instead of limited connections I can assume that most of these users either don't have a computer of their own and share one with family or friends, or they own a laptop or smart phone and can only access the internet when they are at an Internet Cafe or a place with Free Wifi like a library, or the office at work.

Most of the issues relate to income. They can't afford to have Internet service turned on at home or do not own a device to connect to the net so they need the ability to earn money to pay for these things.

Since the affiliate needs money sooner rather than later and is low income focus on getting them aids to build TripleClicks PRM or ECA referrals. If possible and they don't have the funds order them a pack of ECA brochures or TripleClicks X-cards they can use when meeting people on the street, door to door, on the bus, in the store, at the post office, at work and more.

It is far easier to find shoppers than it is to find people who are both willing to consider a home business and ready to work hard to build it, and even harder to find one that also has money for a standing order each month than it is to find shoppers.

Tell them to not think of people in the same financial position as themselves but instead, go out and make contact with people that would be ideal customers. Too many fail to make this adjustment so they waste time and money reaching other people who are too broke to take action instead of reaching the ready buyers with a lot of cash to spend. To that end I like leaving TripleClicks X-Cards at the Doctor's Office and a couple on the check signing desk at the local bank or on the ATM machine outside, any restaurant I happen to be in and on shelves at higher end retailers.

Firstly you would work with your workers whether they have limited or unlimited Internet access. You would encourage and motivate them all by being an example.

Recognize them for any achievements making mention of their limited access to computers.
Offer help to any affiliate who asks for help. If you can help with more access to the Internet, do so.

If the affiliate is not able to complete daily actions or sign everyday due to limited Internet resources, you want to determine how much access he/she has. Is it an hour per day or only a few times per week?

If it is one or two hours per day and he is signing in everyday, encourage his activity treating him or her as a team member and you being an awesome sponsor. You may need to share any tips that could make his limited time more productive.

If it is a few times per week, advise him/her to set up a standing order for at least 1500 VP, work with him/her as a member of your downllne. Support and encourage achievements. Make suggestions that he/she can use to be more productive while online.

If he/she is inactive due to limited Internet access, continue to be his sponsor in all respects. Respond to any questions or request for help,

You should work with an affiliate with limited internet access the same way you do one who has full access.

The difference is teaching a limited access PSA how to use the Vacation Mode to preserve their VersaPoint Streak using the Vacation Mode. It will, however, take one day off their streak for every day it is active, so they may have to forego the Streak until they have a better internet connection.

It is very important that they get as much accomplished during their limited time as they can... Launchpad lessons done, daily chores, games, etc., all of which are important to their advancement. They may have to use more local advertising than online until their internet improves.

If you are local enough to them to use the phone, try supporting them that way as much as you can. Or mail them a letter every few days, telling them the things you tell your "internetted" affiliates.

A difficult situation, but hopefully some helpful information for you both:))...

Thank you for this question. Until this past week when I was visiting my daughter and her internet service was continuously interrupted and it took hours to do what I normally can accomplish in minutes, I truly would not have understood the problem of limited internet service as well as I do now!
If a person has limited internet service, it takes planning to accomplish your goals. If you plan carefully, you can accomplish a lot in a limited amount of time. You also have to prioritize the items you need to do in limited time available. Certainly two of the items at or near the top of your list should be your to-do list and checking your emails. After these two items, each person would to determine what business has to be conducted. Depending on the time of the month, the needs vary. If after all of your business is completed you have extra time, you can play a few games or bid in the auctions. While playing the games and bidding in the auctions is fun, it also is helping you reach your business goals as well. You can earn valuable vp and mrp by participating in them but you can benefit by winning t-credits, PSA'S, CSA'S, s-builders, etc. to help your business grow!
With careful planning, having limited internet service doesn't mean that you only have a limited chance of success in SFI. It just means that you take the time that you do have available and use it wisely!

This has been asked before and have received many good answers but your issue is mainly to do with very limited internet access.

There are still more new Affiliates who joined SFI recently who have very limited internet access, so to address this question once more is highly relevant and very important.
It will be difficult and challenging to work with and motivate such affiliates, but we always try our best.

Was the access to internet caused by location? Is the affiliate living in a shared accommodation, or the family has only one PC? What sort of limitation on the internet access is the affiliate is experiencing?

Taking a crack shot at your problem, this is what I will do. Suggest a solution that will be acceptable and easy to do.

Use Internet Café, or go to a nearby Library to access SFI, observe precaution when logging in and out, then spend an hour or less to do the Daily tasks to earn daily Action VP.

Use newspapers, magazines, public bulletin boards found in supermarkets and in community areas to post ads about SFI and to promote TC products, to get sales so that they earn enough to buy a second-hand PC.

Use the phone or social media where you have a fan page for your team to give updates and to keep in touch.

Post encouragements, quotes, recognition and tips at your Stream Post for all your team to read. Give useful tips, as what’s on auction, especially when electronics such as computers, IPad, etc. are running so those wanting to own a PC can bid when on an Internet Café or Library.

Direct them to your Leadership Page where you have more interesting information for them, where you can post motivation and recognition and give praises to your team's achievements.
