I think who has not much internet access very difficult to promote SFI.
Offline marketing is very hard working job.

1. Go from house to house, company to company like salesman is really hard working job .

2. They can make visiting cards and visit different offices, factories .
I think where is a will there is a way.

3. Try to make friends who has internet access and borrow some internet from their friends.

4. They try to access internet from their office or working place.

5. They are students in college they can borrow some net connection from their friends or teachers or in library.

6. Also they can try to some charity club where internet can access freely.

To give an affiliate who HAS VERY LIMITED access to the Internet reasons to work with you is as easy as ABC BUT to work with them may demotivate both of you and ultimately bring to a sudden halt your online sales careers. The prospect must meet full internet access requirements before being considered for SFI affiliate work.

Here is why!

Part 1: How to work with an affiliate who has very limited Internet Access: Basic Internet Access Requirements.

To access the Internet Access, they must have;

1. Access to an Internet enabled device or a facility. Namely a computer, smartphone, tablet, cyber Cafe, etc.

2. An ISP (Internet Service Provider) so they access a fixed line or a mobile network

3. A modem if not already build into the computer or supplied by the ISP. Most smart mobile devices comes standard with this.

4. A Web Browser which most computers and mobile devices comes with.

5. A dedicate email program or use a webmail or access emails from an email provider such as Outlook, etc.

6. A data plan or prepay facility.

Now you can assess where the affiliate's Internet access limitations are so that you can move them to the next step. The above only answers part one of HOW TO work with them.

Part 2: How to work with an affiliate who has very limited Internet Access: SFI Affiliate Work Output Requirements

The affiliate must have;

1. Access to a computer with access to the Internet or smartphone or tablet or any similar device.

3. Log into their accounts, daily!

4. A blog as well as like and follow SFI/TC on Facebook and Twitter.

5. Email address

Notice that outside of SFI/TC. The affiliate has even other serious duties that require him/her to have unlimited access to the Internet. Internet access is not required for communication. You do still have phones and postal mail, for example. Now admittedly, if there's distance invoved, like working with an affiliate in another country, those avenues of communication may not seem efficient or cost-effective. In those cases, you might be better off doing something I call "data packaging." An example of that might be creating a downloadable with seven day's worth of content, each of which is a training session for a single day. Packaging your information lilke that can make the most of limited internet access, assuming that's the only option available.

Really what matters most is you doing your best to work with does that you are working with. You can motivate the affiliates you working with by living them emails on how they should go about their SFL business since they have very limited internet access tell them what's important for them to do most when ever they are able to log in. You will recognize willing and ready affiliate to work if one find the way to do, at least daily tasks!
You can help one with suggestion how to solve the problem: to go to cafeteria or to internet cafe or to ask some neighbor to use his password or to get solid internet provider.
If someone see in SFI his opportunity, he will find the way himself.

If the individual has offline means of working the system, such as building a group in the home area, the individual could work that way and build a group up enough to improve the internet access. This works if the individual had the income to purchase an SO every month. That way they would not have to be working the daily items to get the VP needed to work offline with the home town members.
