What is the ONE thing your affiliates struggle with most...and how do you address it?

The one thing my Affiliates struggle with is the fear of failure. My duty to all of my Affiliates is to
make all of them feel the positive energy of their great opportunity and help them transition to
becoming an independent, confident, self sufficient member of our SFI Team. I encourage them to
log in daily to complete all red tabbed items and earn their free Versa Points, to maintain a monthly
standing order of (1500) Versa Points, and to take advantage of any and all training opportunities,
Triple clicks business opportunities, Pricebenders Auctions, and the Fast Track Opportunity. The
more comfortable they feel with the basics I direct them to consider advancing to higher levels
within the SFI Leadership Structure and duplicating their efforts by sponsoring their own Affiliates and repeating the process through leadership. I always let them know that they can contact me at an time for assistance or refer them to the great knowledge base at SFI. I let al of them know that we are a team which means Together Everyone Achieves More.

What are the big picture things you are doing to make your SFI business a success?

Great question. Your main focus should be to set the example to your downing as well as your upline. You must complete your daily to do list, work to promote your business, participate in all areas which promote your advancement to upp34 levels of SFI Management, focus heavily on duplication of your Affiliates and communicate with them often, set high goals for yourself and achieve them or exceed them and focus on ways to improve your professional business attitude remaining focused on motivating encouraging and leading your team toward success. You should never quit and encourage your team not to. You are to take this advice and pass it on because it is mission critical. Becoming a great sponsor is another big item, which is a reason I am still here. Ask Gery has also saved me a lot of of wasted time and has given me a wealth of knowledge.

Great question I would use the following methods to include the free, and paid Internet advertising, methods as well as Facebook,Twitter or any other free social networking websites. Privacy Max is a great product and everyone needs to have their privacy protected. There are personal Privacy Maxx links posted on our SFI Website which you can copy and paste to your blog, website, or social media sites to generate sales as well.

How can I be a good listener when I'm engaged in online marketing?

You just have to continually focus on what is said, via phone, Skype etc making sure that you filly understand all of the information that is spoken. If there is anything thar you are not sure of then tell the speaker to repeat that information and clarify. You are advised to take notes during your listening session. After listening carefully and writing notes give the speaker a summary of what you have listened to for positive or negative feedback . Upon getting 100 percent feedback, you have mastered the art of effective listening. Apply these methods to your online or any business and you have listened well and are destined for success.
