Good day Max,

The one thing most affiliates struggle with generally is "How to build their team" and another is the "Finances".

As a Sponsor/Co-sponsor addressing such issues now depends on:-
1. Language Barrier.
2. How educationally sound is the indivdual.
3. The financial status.
4. The seriousness or mentality of the individual.

As the saying goes, we can take the horse to the stream but can't force it to drink water likewise,

The ONE thing that I think my affiliates struggle with is the financial side of the SFI business, and I think that is because nearly all of them are here to find a way to make money. ASnd in most cases I think we need to educate them in how to gather the Versa Points whilst also informing them that this is a business and a small amount needs to be invested

After all, you would not expect a car to go without fuel, so why would you expect an SFI business to build without at least a small

All of my Affiliates struggle with Financial burdens.

I have noticed that it does not matter which country they are from, their cultural or religious background, or even the language they speak, .....their "cry" remains the same.

I address this to some extent by:

1. Encourage them to play free EZ games.

2. Seek financial help from my up line team.

3. Encourage them to do daily, weekly and monthly activities.

4. I transfer

The one thing my Affiliates struggle with is the fear of failure. My duty to all of my Affiliates is to
make all of them feel the positive energy of their great opportunity and help them transition to
becoming an independent, confident, self sufficient member of our SFI Team. I encourage them to
log in daily to complete all red tabbed items and earn their free Versa Points, to maintain a monthly
standing order of (1500) Versa Points, and to take advantage of any and all training

What is the ONE thing Affiliates struggle with most . . . and how do you address it?

One thing Affiliates, including myself struggle with most is team building. I know this because I am affected too.
The difference though for me is that I am aware of how to address this problem, however my own personal problem is time, which I intend to turn around soon.

Why do Affiliates struggle with Team Building? The reasons vary depending on each Affiliate's situation.

I think a lot of SFI affiliates will benefit from this question.

The biggest difficulty for new affiliates is to build their PSA team from scratch. If they have no previous experience in internet marketing they need to invest in products like S-Builder or buy traffic from ECAs on TC , while they learn on how to promote their PSA capture pages.

Now it gets even harder when they are limited on budget. How many S-builder units do they need or how much traffic do they need to

The one thing that my affiliates seem to struggle with most is reading, and not only reading, but understanding what they read; learning from it.

Of course my affiliates struggle with other things too, but they wouldn't if they just read more, and put into action what they have learned from having done that reading.

Knowledge is power, and that knowledge comes from reading.

- Affiliates who don't have the finances to purchase products or use expensive marketing methods

Hi Max,

Having no money to invest in their business is the most difficult to many affiliates.
The main reasons many have signed up for SFI is they are looking for income without an investment and being free to join.

To address this I make sure they understand that, although they will succeed faster if they can invest in their Standing Order, they can succeed but slowly.

Here are the steps that I communicate to them after welcoming them to the team:
1)

The ONE thing my affiliates struggle with most has to do with finance.

When they joined SFI for free, it is normal for them to presume that they had found a solution to their financial problem.

But once they realize that it needs time and a little investment and hard work to start earning from the SFI business, they start to lose enthusiasm and become inactive.

Instead of doing the basics, they stop logging in and jump from program to program in search of a quick

I believe the one thing that most affiliates struggle the most is believing that this business is "real" and a very good investment. They want a business and they want to succeed but they cannot comprehend the fact that they need to put some capital to have a viable business. This is why some do not even want to have a Standing Order.

To address this, the very first thing that needs to be explained is that every business…no matter how big or small…needs a capital. Putting
