Lystra, as the success of your team depends on you , we need to lift up your self esteem so you are in a position to motivate your team as well.

No one in this world is born with experience. Experience is build over time through learning and a trial and error process that teaches us what is right and what is wrong in what we do.

The same goes with SFI. Non of us , even the top of the Leader-board had any experience when they started up their first online marketing business, be it with SFI or another. So if they could do it, so can you. It's a matter of time, willingness to learn and courage.

Besides, the team that your are recruiting as you PSAs have joined SFI later than you, so you should have more experience than them , provided that you keep your pace in learning .

One other thing you should keep in mind is that you are not alone. If you are not sure of something you can always ask for help from your Sponsor, up-line and Co-sponsor , not to mention the wonderful people here in the SFI Community and the forum.

So the answer to your question is , Learn and keep learning while you share your knowledge with your team. This will make you a good team leader.

This is how I will put it in writing. You can make your own statements but the idea is to create excitement and motivation so they take action to elevate the number of CSAs they could receive.

SFI is getting better and better !

I would like to share with you my excitement since I heard about SFI’s new CSA Rewards Program. As SFI is experiencing a significant growth in 2016, more CSAs are and will be available to be split among us. These CSAs will be rewarded to all of us who are active based on our standing orders, rank and badges.

I made a calculation and based on my standing order , rank and badges I should be receiving around ''X'' CSAs each month ( assuming X=20 ) , that’s 240 CSAs / year ! that values more than $ 400 ! However the real value to me is the 15 % of the CV of all their purchases I will be receiving for lifetime and all the matching VP if I maintain a Team Leader position.

On top of this monthly reward, I understood that there are more than 25.000 CSAs to be split on those affiliates who have standing orders of more than 1500 VP by the end of February.

It all depends on the quality of the traffic. There are many ways of generating traffic to a website including artificial traffic ( non human generated ). much traffic could come from traffic exchange sites where people are just clicking on your link to gain credits but are not interested or are not looking into your website.

To be sure that you are not wasting your money , or you are investing in good traffic start with small investments and make sure that you are tracking your results. If you are using your SFI gateways, make sure you insert codes so you can follow up on results. Once you identify the traffic source that is working best for you then you can direct your investments to the right source.

Note : check with your sponsor, co-sponsor , up-line and A2A friends if they have used this marketing method , what sources they used and what were the results.

Gift Cards are one of the most effective tools for prospecting inn SFI.

The TripleClicks Gift Card is an amazing tool to recruit new prospects for TripleClicks store (PRMs) that can generate commissions for you (45 % of the CV ) for every purchase they make now or in the future. You also get to keep all the VP generated through sales to your PRMs.

When a PRM decides to become an SFI affiliate they will of coarse be considered as your PSAs. They will still generate commissions for you when they make purchases from TripleClicks but you will not get the VP related to these sales since the VP will go to them.

Personally I wouldn't want all my PRMs to become PSAs unless they will contribute to building my PSAs in level 2,3 and so on.

If you are planning to attract PRMs to become your PSAs then make sure that you keep a good record of people's email addresses, phone numbers and so on when you distribute the Gift Cards, otherwise you will not be able to communicate with them later on.

Now in order to get them exited about SFI , when handling the Gift Card give them an SFI business cards as well. This will trigger questions from them about your SFI business and will give you the opportunity to question them if they would be interested in building a second income with SFI.

Another way will be to use the Gift Cards just for the purpose of recruiting PSAs. It is much easier to attract someone to a free Gift than explaining them about an online business opportunity. After they use the card and get used to TripleClicks you can get back to them with an offer to be able to sell the products on TripleCliks, distribute their own Gift Cards and so on.

As to your PSAs , you should encourage them to use the Gift Cards not just for recruiting PSAs or PRMs but also to accumulate more AVPs to go to the next Team Leader level ( up to 300 AVP / month ).

I think a lot of SFI affiliates will benefit from this question.

The biggest difficulty for new affiliates is to build their PSA team from scratch. If they have no previous experience in internet marketing they need to invest in products like S-Builder or buy traffic from ECAs on TC , while they learn on how to promote their PSA capture pages.

Now it gets even harder when they are limited on budget. How many S-builder units do they need or how much traffic do they need to get 5 active PSAs in their team ? we all know the answer - a lot.

Now, how do I address this ?

I ask them to concentrate on maintaining their EA position either by a combination of daily activity + a smaller value standing order , or a standing order with a min 1500 VP if they do not have much time. I also show them on how they can build their CSA team by using different methods that do not require money or internet marketing experience.

In exchange for the commitment made above I will include them in my Coop and send them 5 PSAs each month until they have 5 active EAes in their first line.

In this way not only I will be helping them overcome their difficulty but I will be building a strong team in my first line of affiliates that will secure me my SFI business.

The new Milestone Shares are really very valuable to all of us.

For new affiliates who are joining SFI in 2016 the Milestone Shares represent a bonus for those who upgrade their status to a team leader at a later stage in SFI and cash in the accumulated shares at each stage from BTL to DTL. I am sure SFI will inform the new affiliate with details explaining how the Milestone Shares work.

To make sure that your affiliates understand the M.S. you can send them to https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=215372 and ask them to read the information about the Milestone Shares. Then ask them to give you a feedback so you can check
1. If they have read the information there.
2. If they understood the system and it's value.
If you can afford , offer 1 TC credit to those who respond to you on this matter.

The Milestone Shares program is also a very useful tool to reactivate your sleeping PSAs and CSAs who are at Affiliate level. So far in the past an Affiliate could only receive TripleClicks executive pool shares (converting their monthly VP to cash) by attaining the EA level. This meant no cash for those affiliates who had less than 1500 VP each month. Now of course it is the same situation , however the Milestone Shares will not be lost if your affiliates miss the EA position in any month. They will increase in in time if your affiliate is active .

In fact the longer it takes for them to achieve a team leader level ( BTL ) the more shares will be collected over time and the value will increase dramatically . With a big amount of shares sitting in their account , affiliates will be more motivated to achieve the BTL level at a future stage . For a minimum of 500 VP collected each month , 6000 shares will be ready to cash out at the end of one year.

Your affiliates should understand and appreciate the value of this new Milestone Shares system since it will help them motivate their own teams as well.

My answer to this question is the following.

Every person has different needs and every country has different options available for SFI affiliates living there to choose from since transportation costs could play an important role for this kind of decision.

Now , a person's monthly consumption is basically food, household cleaning agents, make up in case of women and other personal care products.

So here is what I recommend.

1. The first step will be to work on a list of products that you buy on a monthly basis. Then go o the following categories in TripleClicks and see if you can find similar items for transfer buying.

Food and Beverage
Health and wellness
Home and garden
Personal care and Beauty
Pet care

Again , people could have different needs , for example magazine subscriptions, Toys Kids and Baby an so on.

2. The second step will be to compare the prices you are paying at the moment and the ones you can find on TC and choose the best options.

3. For stuff that you will need for sure you can place a standing order.

Besides this first impression you can use the steam function on your affiliate page to continuously keep them updates on your latest achievements and how you did it .

Once you get their attention and desire to become an EA2 your job is to give them the right advice based on each affiliate's individual needs and possibilities. Again communication is very essential.

Working Hard in SFI is in building up on your own SFI sales . This requires either a lot of time or money to advertise your TC links and generate sales. There is nothing wrong in this since as long as you identify what is working and what is not and concentrate your efforts on what really works.

Working SMART in SFI is building a good team of PSAs and CSAs and working with your movers to generate duplication. The combined efforts of your team will always surpass your capacity of working hard alone.

One other area where you can work SMART is by building a team of ECAs on TripleClicks and then combine the efforts of your PSAs and CSAs with your ECAs. Imagine an active team of 20-30 PSAs and CSAs promoting the products and services of 10-20 ECAs you have introduced to TripleClicks.
