What is the ONE thing your affiliates struggle with most...and how do you address it?

I believe the one thing that most affiliates struggle the most is believing that this business is "real" and a very good investment. They want a business and they want to succeed but they cannot comprehend the fact that they need to put some capital to have a viable business. This is why some do not even want to have a Standing Order.
To address this, the very first thing that needs to be explained is that every business…no matter how big or small…needs a capital. Putting a Standing Order (SO) is one way of capitalizing. It not only allows us to maintain the rank level that we already achieved (example: EA) it also makes us eligible to receive all the benefits associated with that rank. Also, putting a Standing Order is just like buying something…we get a product that comes with it.

What qualities should we look for in our PSAs before sending them an invitation for the Designated Diamonds program? And where do I look?

The three most important qualities that makes a PSA qualified for the Designated Diamond invite are:
1) PSA must be EA2 or above,
2) Clear record that PSA is logging in everyday to do the daily To Do List (check PSA VP Ledger) and,
3) PSA is promoting TC, and participating in Pricebender auctions and EZ games.
If your PSA is dedicated in doing the above activities, then he/she deserve to be invited in the Designated Diamond Program because he/she possess the qualities of becoming a DTL.
To find them, look at your genealogy. If they are EA2 or above and if they have high VPs, then they are worth helping.

What are the best ways to set up proper communications with my new PSAs?

I prefer to do the following so I can effectively communicate with my new PSAs.
1. I send them my Welcome Message where it tells them how to get started with SFI and how to contact me.
2. I invite them to add me as a friend on Facebook/Messenger. If they don’t have FB account, I tell them to create one so I can add them in our Team chat.
3. I always say hello and ask how they are doing when I see them online on FB. Then I offer if they need any help. Most important: I say hello to them even if they don’t say hello back.
4. I also say hi when I see them online same time with me on SFI Chat.
5. I send them weekly email and if one ask for assistance, I give them special time.
These are friendly ways to develop a team bond and rapport with them. Remember, many may belong to different cultures so sometimes it is not easy to get their immediate trust. Be patient is the key!

You may also stress to them the value of the Milestone Shares by explaining it to them in your own words. To do this, send them a TeamMail or email.

What is the best way to help affiliates in my group who have limited access to a computer?

If the members in your group are within your reach, by all means, help them by allowing them to use your computer. That way, you can teach and walk them through one-on-one.
For your affiliates in other locations, you can tell them that there are internet cafes, computer shops, public libraries that have computers as well.
With the technology we have today, SFI is also accessible using smartphones, android phones, tablets and the like.
What are the most valuable marketing skills I should teach my downline?

For me, there are two most important and valuable marketing skills that we can teach our downlines. They are communication skills and content marketing.
Communication Skills is very important when we are dealing with people of different culture, different language and different beliefs. We need to know the right approach when we communicate with them. There may be some terminology that can be offensive to others while it is ok with us. So it is important to use generally acceptable terms.
SFI provides all the necessary data that is required to enable us do advertisements and blogs. Strong content on your marketing materials are already pre-prepared by SFI. This is SFI’s strength. Everything is already provided to us…we only need to explore and read read read…

Spend your one hour doing your To do list, playing the EZ games and Pricebenders. This way you will be able to earn your valuable VPs. Note that you have daily, weekly and monthly tasks that contribute to your earning of VPs.
Set your Standing Order to a specific day so you do not need to worry in forgetting it. Set your S-Builder coop so you continue getting new PSAs.
Because of your limited time, you may direct your PSAs and CSAs to join the Forum so they can learn from the Forum Gurus who are experts in this field. This way they will not feel that their upline is inactive.

What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?

The best way to train our PSAs and CSAs is by “walking the talk”. Every step that we take, they follow (follow the leader) because duplication is the name of the game. We cannot preach to them something and then do differently.
We should be able to direct them to where they can learn the ins and outs of our business. We must be responsive to their questions and concerns. This is how we can effectively train them without even realizing it.

By believing! Believing that everything is possible if you have a proper mind set. Setting your goals and working hard to achieve it. Our journey in life is mixed with various emotions. There are challenges, trials, sufferings, but hope, happiness and love are also present in every step of the way.
