How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

Co-sponsored affiliates should be treated just the same as those you personally sponsored. With that in mind you should contacts your CSAs just as often as you contact your PSAs. You should also encourage your CSAs by sending them Team Mail, Cards and whatever else you send your PSAs.
Not because they do not spell PSAs means you are not benefiting. Please show the appreciation.
Which is better to do...recruit PRMs or PSAs?

I believe both Personally Referred TC Members and Personally Sponsored Affiliates are both important. It all depends on what you are more focused on doing. Whether your interest lies primarily to build a team and then reaping the returns from your S.F.I team as well as to benefits from their purchases at Triple click then P.S.As would be the preferred choice. Otherwise if you seeking an opportunity to get faster commission or benefits from Triple Click then P.R.Ms is the option for you.

SFI presents a unique opportunity that allows and individual to be intrinsically motivated by working towards completing daily tasks. It also empowers an individual seeing that you are your own boss and working towards achieving goals that have been set.
It also challenges an individual to be creative and to employ strategies in order to become the best that you can be.
What are the best products to buy at TripleClicks if my objective is to build my SFI business?

There are a wide number of products you can purchase from Triple click that will help your business grow however, what you need to know first is; are you going to buy products for resale or do you simple want products to use back in SFI such as T-credits that you will both earn VP both (Action and Sales) from which will improve your rank and monthly payouts from SFI or that you want products that you can sell to others to. These are important factors to consider.
