How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

First of all we contact them as soon as we are asigned as their co-sponsor. We should invite and encourage them to contact us if they need assistance in getting started or if they have any query.
Personally i contact them on weekly basis as all my CSAs are inactive and they have never responded to any mails i sent them, so to me it is like a routine. I send them one email every week in the hope that one day they will become active.
For Active CSAs we can send encouraging mails or tips and give them assistance whenever they request as in this way we wont be overloading them as of course their sponsor might be contacting them as well.

Which is better to do...recruit PRMs or PSAs?

In my opinion both are better. It depends what interests people. Some would be happy to be just a PRM and once they have joined they might get more interested in SFI when the knowledge of SFI grows and can then register to become an affiliate.
I think advertising should be done for both and we let the person decide how and what they want to join. Some people dont have time to join in as affiliate because as an affiliate you need to work and we all know some dont want to work to earn money so they actually prefer to become PRMs. And those who are interested in working online to earn money will choose to become an affiliate. Actually to give options of becoming a PRM or PSA is a great idea.
We benefit from both and advertising both gives people joining an option.

I am staying at home and joing SFI has given me an opportunity to do something. Everyday I look forward at logging in
- to do my to do list
- review the forum
- review Ask SC where i find so many interesting answers
- to play games
- to see the daily grand
and so on
SFI has given me an opportunity to communicate with others whereby we build a team. I look forward in building my business to be able to earn a second income for myself and my family.

There are so many ways of using TCredits. Just to name a few;
- we can use TCredits on auctions
- to play games
- to buy from TripleClicks
- give as gifts to your downline to encourage them
- list your products to sell at TripleClicks
- can download music
While using TCredits we accumulate VPs and MRPs (which you can use to buy items from TripleClicks) which helps us to meet the required points at month end for maintaining our ranks.

To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?

It depends on your sponsor and you, on how you interact with each other. When a person sponsors someone they want that person to be successful, because all teamleaders wants their team to be successful, so they would be ready to assist when assistance is requested.
After they sponsor you and explain you what you need to do it becomes your responsibilty to learn about SFI as much as you can. Learn about marketing and duplication because these are the keys of becoming successful.
You need to tell your sponsor when you need information or assistance because the sponsor will only be able to assist you when you contact them and let them know where you need assistance.
And to be successful in SFI, you need to learn and make it successful yourself because you need to treat it as your own business.

What are the most valuable marketing skills I should teach my downline?

There are so many valuable marketing skills that you should teach your downline.
Duplication is the main one as we all need to build our team to be successful. Teach them about promoting TripleClicks products, wave3 etc.
Also teach them the importance of communication. Through regular communication and keeping a record of their activities they will be able to monitor their progress.
Teach them more about advertising, creating blog and webpage. Make them aware of S-Builder and its importance.
Marketing tools are available in SFI so tell them to read and learn as much as they can. The more they learn the better methods they get for marketing and becoming successful.

What i like about SFI:
- opportunity to work from home and in your own time
- provides all the tools you need to make your own success
- provides online support, who from my personal experience are very prompt in responding, and providing assistance
- Has Marketing Aids and Marketing Methods which is very good for a beginner like me.
I am just happy that my sponsor did mention SFI to me and here i am. Happy to be a member in SFI.

- send them team mails
- send them e-mails
I do all these thinking that one day they might realise on what they are missing on. Some join SFI thinking it is a quick money making system and when they find out that to earn they have to work they just become inactive.
I will keep on sending them inspirational messages and one day they might become active.

Offline or online recruiting...which is best and why?

Both ways of recruiting is good. The more you get the better it is. It all depends on individuals on where they can get recruits. Where and how we get recruits is not important. The most important thing is motivation, and keeping them interested so that when they enrol they understand about the program and stay active.

The best way to start building SFI team is to do duplication. Try to get as many affiliates as possible because some join and then become inactive so we have to keep on getting new affiliates. And we have to teach our downline to do the same. Keep on advertising to get affiliates and we might get lucky to get some people who really are interested in working online to earn money.
