Keep it simple.

The executive pool is not exactly profit sharing, but commission sharing, which is very similar. Most people understand the concept of profit sharing.

To explain commission sharing, you could use this example. If an art dealership has 5 salespeople, each earning 10% commission on their own sales, they compete to get customers when they walk into the dealership. If they get 6% on their own sales, plus 1% on the sales made by each of the other 4, the total commission paid is the same (6% plus 4 times 1% = 10% per sale), but the salespeople are also motivated to help each other close their sales if needed, as they will make money from the sale as well. As a result, the team spirit will be much better, and the total sales volume will probably be higher as a result.

This is how SFI do it;

- 40% of all commission volume generated by sales made through the TripleClicks site are put into a pot.
- That pot is then divided among those eligible to share in it (EA and above). for example, if you have 2,000 eligible VP you get 2,000 shares of that pot. If you have 100,000, you get 100,000 shares. And so on.

Eligible VP are VP you have earned yourself, plus any 'matching' VP from your down-line, which are based on your rank and theirs. It gets a bit more complicated if you try to explain the precise details of eligibility, so refer to the compensation plan for this.

As a rule of thumb, just advise them to aim for the highest rank they can realistically sustain, and try to help each member of their team do the same, and they will be fine.

When you’re out there prospecting about your SFI business opportunity, keep in mind that your prospects are not familiar with TripleClicks Executive Pool.

You need to prepare yourself on how to convey your subject (“How income is earned from the TripleClicks Executive Pool”) in a way that is simple, clear and easy for your prospects to understand. Half of the preparation is done if you research your prospect’s background before you talk to them. Knowing your prospects will help you what to focus in explaining your subject so that they can easily grasp and be in the same page with you.

Here are steps that you can apply in your prospecting to gain clear understanding how income is earned from the TC Executive Pool:

- Introduce your prospects right away the terms that are involved in your subject: TripleClicks, Executive and Pool for they are going to encounter them if they decide to join and by doing so, they’ll gain familiarity using the definition provided by SFI.

- Define each word: TripleClicks, Executive and Pool in order to gain clear understanding of what you’re trying to present to them. The Glossary is a great resource for definition of terms. Based on your experience and knowledge base in doing your SFI business, you can further elaborate and answer each question that may arise during the discussion with your prospects. The TripleClicks Executive Pool is simply the profit that is generated from all TripleClicks sales.

VersaPoints are shares of the Executive pool. When we earn VersaPoints, we will be paid based on the value of each VersaPoint we earn as long as we are eligible. Each month the value will be determined by the amount of profit from all Affiliate and PRM sales divided by the number of all VersaPoints earned by sales or actions.

If we understand this simple information, we will do all we can to promote sales to maximize the value of each VersaPoint each month because action VersaPoints do not increase the value of the Executive Pool.

Your question inspired me to be playful with my answer. I am just trying to make the explanations simple and fun to read. Here it is…..

I am the brightest star in SFI. Set your highest goals in SFI, if you want to get me. I assure you I am not easy to reach and during the process of grabbing me, you will definitely encounter some difficulties and frustrations. It will test your patience, creativity, and determination. Your endurance to survive the test would depend on how much you want to get me. Although, I’m too far from you and difficult to achieve, believe me, if you can reach me, I’m worth it!

I want to be generous to you. I want you to have me. So I will give you some hints to make it easier for you to reach me. It’s up to you, if you do it or not.

Your 1st 10 days in SFI is the most crucial time to make a decision whether you want to be a Fast-Track Member or not. If you decide to be a Fast-Tracker, you have to choose whether you want to be a Silver or Gold Fast-Track Member. If you are aiming for the brightest star in SFI, of course, you should go Gold and immediately become an EA2 in your first month.

SFI recently revealed the “Plan” affiliates can follow to achieve success. If you really have that intense desire to reach the brightest star, I suggest that you do Step 1 & 2 in the Plan during your first month. This means, in addition to your Gold-Fast Track, you have to earn 1,500 Action VersaPoints (VP) by finishing the Getting Started, LaunchPad, and Intermediate Actions so that you become a Bronze Team Leader during your first month.

Others will tell you not to be a Team Leader, if you don’t have a team to lead yet. Just stay an EA until you have active PSAs under you. This is the mindset of an affiliate who does things only when sure of success but business-minded affiliates think otherwise because they are willing to take the risk. And If you truly want to reach the brightest star, you need to have the “Diamond Mindset” and strictly follow the “Plan.” The plan says, “Develop 5 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders) on your first level.” How can you convince your PSAs to follow the “Plan,” if the footsteps they are following are from their mediocre sponsor? And it is not true that you gain nothing, if you don’t have active PSAs in your downline. In addition to the inspiration you can give to your downline, if you are a team leader, you also receive 2nd Home CSAs shares every month and Matching VP from all your EA2s both PSAs and CSAs.

It does not hurt to share a quick review on how your Scoreboard looks like so prospects understand how SFI income methods work.

You will definitely need to take time to develop a script - several to meet the needs of those you educate about SFI. You can not use a presentation to a person who is all ready a business owner for someone who is starting out for the very first time to run and manage their own business. Be sure to prepare yourself with a few different presentations so that you can adapt your ways to how the prospect will better understand.

Connect with your up-line members on how they articulate SFI to others and see if you can use what is all ready being done so that you do not start from scratch.

Prepare diagrams if need be to provide a visual to support what you say with words. Remember there are different styles of learning so if you only use a verbal presentation you are then going to loose prospects who are visual learners or even learners who prefer to do first then ask questions later. Don't limit your explanation to one style of learning.

Prepare, prepare, prepare, practice, practice, practice then DO IT...you will then see prospects become affiliates.

There will be no need to go into the technical details of this because as prospects you may not need to and they may not understand, so as you suggest, this will be explained in a very clear and simple to understand way.

The three ways to earn from the TC Executive Pool MONTHLY are:

1. Personal VP

VP is earned by performing certain actions and when you become an Executive Affiliate (EA) by receiving at least 1500 VP, you will be qualified to share from the TC Executive Pool, which is real cash included in your monthly commission. The more VP you receive, the more income your earn.

2. VP Match

As you advance in rank by receiving more VP to become a team leader, then you receive 1 VP for every VP earned in that particular month by qualifying members of your team. However, there are some easy conditions you need to meet. This is a big way to earn in SFI especially if you are able to develop a very active team.

3. Fast Track Bonus

This was recently introduced and if you qualify as a Fast Track member then you stand to benefit even more by earning additional 10% on your personal VP in the TC Exec Pool. For example if your personal monthly VP is 1500, it means you receive an additional 150 VP, bringing your total VP to 1650 VP and therefore increasing the income you earn. You will also earn this extra 10% bonus on your VP match as mentioned in #2 above.

To conclude, this combination means personal VP + VP Match + Fast Track bonus = monthly income from TC Executive Pool.

First explain that the Pool is created/maintained from a share of ALL TripleClicks sales generated by all members - SFI Affiliates of all ranks, PRMs (personally referred members), and those who trip across ads from TripleClicks itself and join, but are not PRMs to anyone specific yet.

Then explain that every VP earned by an affiliate (from their personal activities as well as those of their PSAs, CSAs, PRMs) gets a share of the revenue in Pool. (I believe the TOTAL VPs generated during the month divided into the Pool revenue = value per share.) Your commission will be based on total VPs you (and your team FOR you) have earned x share value.

1. What TripleClicks Executive Pool means. It means 40% of the Commission Volume of every product purchased at TripleClicks.
2.What TripleClicks is. Remember that your Prospects are not affiliates or PRMs yet. So explaining these terminologies to them will enhance clearity.
3. That TripleClicks Executive Pool is meant purely for Executives in the company, mentioning the different Levels that we have and what each level earns e.g EA2s have 1share for 1AVP, BTL earns 1 share per pool, STL earns 2 shares etc
3. That the TripleClicks Executive Pool is earned in the following ways:
A. Shares per Vp
B. Matching Vps for every EA2s in their team.
C. Matching Vps as per rank i.e you earn a separate matching vp for those in your rank.
D. Co Sponsored Commissions: 15% of the CV is earned.

Internet is swamped with countless "ponzi schemes". SFI is NOT one of them! We DON'T get our commissions from "memberships" or other kinds of "upgrades".

Our commissions are earned from direct sales from TripleClicks. Every item on TripleClicks has its "Commission Volume - CV". Simply, that is amount which remain after all costs are deducted from sales value and which stays in the company. From that amount, company separates 45% in so called "Executive Pool - EP" (the rest of 55% goes to Direct and Co-Sponsor Commission).

Further on, VP we earn in a month are practically our shares in EP. When the month is ended, CV divides with all VP from EA and higher, earned in SFI and that way we get value of 1VP.

This is how I explain to my prospects terms like EP, CV, VP. Of course, when someone is really interested, I spread the topic with specific item as an example, using its SFI Affiliate tab with all of this values.
