As in any business, we know how much people earn, and here.
It is known what percentage of that action-process (sales, purchases, status ...) belongs to which member of the team.
It is clearly written!
There is no justification, and some special explanation. Why some get more and some less.
How is each member will understand and to elucidate its members.
Every beginning is difficult, even at the beginning of the new members to explain how to get income!

First, you need to understand what TripleClicks Executive Pool means. Here is the corporate definition: "Every month, we put a whopping 40% of the Commission Volume of EVERY order—companywide—into a pool of tens of
thousands of dollars for our affiliates to share in!
We call it the TripleClicks Executive Pool.

The 40% of the profits of all sales from the company is shared among Executive Affiliates 2 and above for all their activities in the month.
Each VersaPoints is worth some fractions of a dollar. lt's value is dependent on the dollar equivalent of the 40% CV as well as the total VersaPoints generated by SFI Executive Affiliate 2 and Team Leaders.

In SFI; VersaPoints is given for every action like pointable actions, reading some tabs, rating your Sponsor, entry for games, producing EA2, Team Leaders etc. The more VersaPoints a qualified Affiliate generates, the more his share in the pool.

The basic qualification to earn from TripleClicks Executive Pool is EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE 2.

To receive more VersaPoints, become a Team Leader and you will receive what we call Matching VersaPoints. By Matching VersaPoints, you receive equivalent VersaPoints generated by all all Executive Affiliates and Team Leaders in your downline from 6 levels to 12 levels depending on your rank of Team Leader.
