The best strategy for earning QUICKLY with SFI is to concentrate on #1 and #5 from Compensation plan.

For earning from direct commissions you have to be only on status Affiliate. So, your only job is to take a massive action in promotion TripleClicks. By finding new customers for TripleClicks, your PRMs, it will be easy to maintain EA status, because you will get all VPs from their purchases. For this part of promotion work, I think is the best to promote: 1. items you are finding interesting and tempting and 2. Pricebenders auctions (whole and also certain items from the list of auctions). Be crative!

Taking a part in ECA program is great opportunity, because there are so much "space" for quality offer. If you have good products for selling, offer them. If you know people who have good products, refer them to ECA program. And you will become "Royalty" :)! It's a little joke, but it's true: "Every time anyone—anywhere in the world—buys something at TripleClicks from one of your referred ECAs, you earn a royalty!" (from the Compensation plan)

So, if you want quickly earnings, go QUICKLY to promote and advertise!

To every new EA among my PSAs (and sometimes, among downline, if I see/know there is someone who needs it), I'm sending 5TCs and/or gift certificate with $2. I always send a message, that it is not much, but enough for Pick-The-Price and for W3 starter kit. Then I explain what are the benefits from both.

Further, if I see that they are persistent, working and reading daily and have interests in promotion, I do some reassignments (at least inactive members, so they can start figuring out what sponsor is supposed to do). Hard working PSAs, in their second month, often need a little bit for EA2, so another gift certificate or some TCs for bidding is my next support.

From there on, as for me, that kinds of help are rare. Why? I think that, if one were active and have read all that is given to us, in third month must start to collect his/her results: realized sales and that way commissions AND VPs and VPs from their downline. Of course, they still may need some extra help, but if they followed tips, they should have some TCs acquired for free (from status, from games). With them, third month is easy. This way, it's easy to maintain EA while building the stable team.

Exceptions can be made, of course. But, in that case, you must be sure, that member of your team is the Worker, because we should work ONLY with the workers!

Internet is swamped with countless "ponzi schemes". SFI is NOT one of them! We DON'T get our commissions from "memberships" or other kinds of "upgrades".

Our commissions are earned from direct sales from TripleClicks. Every item on TripleClicks has its "Commission Volume - CV". Simply, that is amount which remain after all costs are deducted from sales value and which stays in the company. From that amount, company separates 45% in so called "Executive Pool - EP" (the rest of 55% goes to Direct and Co-Sponsor Commission).

Further on, VP we earn in a month are practically our shares in EP. When the month is ended, CV divides with all VP from EA and higher, earned in SFI and that way we get value of 1VP.

This is how I explain to my prospects terms like EP, CV, VP. Of course, when someone is really interested, I spread the topic with specific item as an example, using its SFI Affiliate tab with all of this values.

SFI is special because of the volume of training on Advertising. It's ok if you find (googleing) another article / blog / forum ... about advertising, although all I've learned so far, I gained here. Something more (but only technical and practical things) I'm learning while posting ads at different services.

I don't think it's all the matter of numbers. For example, if you have "not responsive" PSAs, it might be better to reassign them to working one PSA from the same country. They are speaking the same language and if working PSA understand what is SFI is all about, it is easier for him to explain to the others.

Further, if you have more new PSAs, I think that the bigger chance to make them into movers is to reassign them. Because, quality of work will be higher if you work with the smaller group of PSAs at the same time.
