How do you identify in your affiliates the skills that could help them become stars in SFI?

First of all be prepared to help their affiliates. Whenever you feel that it is necessary to send a message of support and offer them your help. That arise, ask for help or advice, be there for them, let them be important as I am doing a job that personally. Be assured that those who actually do the initial tasks is to make contact will be valuable affiliates if they budes supported the first month or two until you understand what it means SFI business.

Everyone has their own ways to achieve success
You can not assume anything in advance
Each new is the big unknown - the "kinder surprise"
You will begin to push - quickly escape
I use the principle: do what you want, do not bother

If they respond to your welcome, then actually do something about it, you have a potential star.
These people are few and far between.
Most people seem to be looking for "something for nothing" or looking to "get rich quick" with no work involved.
When you find the diamond that is a worker, do what you can to help him/her.
WE all know that every affiliate has a skill and how they utilize it is the ability.
The first skill we will have to identify is the skill of communication.We should extract this skill by making them to communicate.Hence we send them mails regularly and keep on communicating with them.
Self starters will carry on their own.
Some people may be shy and thus have a teething problem. In such a case give them more exposures.
My answer on this question is for someone to become a Star in sfi is very easy,if you follow the rolls.to start with?you need to build your downline very well.Very good PSAs CSAs this is the must inportant thing that can make you star easy in sfi.your daily action is also very inpotant.some people neglect there that 12 daily point.
Put sfi in Advertise spred sfi to friends with your ID?any one that regiter with your ID is for you.so many ways to be a star in sfi.

Identifying affiliate by their Rank. She o he must read all power tools so that he or she can easily earn versa points daily. And also we identify them on how he communicate you most & asking questions that they don't know the answer. And lastly their eagerness to be a Star in SFI..
