Conversation and communication, above all. You can not just sit and wait for affiliate to start work by himself in some field, that directs itself and be successful. It really does not work like that. You have to make contact, a good contact with your affiliates, then refer them to a possible livelihoods in SFI. One can try out different areas that the work in our company provided and choose the one area that best suits him. With your experience as sponsor you can direct him and educate him, and

A great question that all affiliates need to become stars at SFI..
I always explain these steps for my new PSAs to help them understand SFI:

1- Listen to the video of Mr Gerry Carson in which he explains the basics of SFI.

2- Register as an a2a member in the first day.

Hello, interesting question and point of view. It sounds good to be a star even in SFI. Well, the important skills are:
1. Asking questions about the program and personal experience /knowledge/.
2. Acting daily and shown in Movers tab /persistence/
3. Becoming EA every month /stablity/
4. Staying in touch /communication/ even if the affiliate is already EA
I think those are the skills you need the relationship between partners

VersaPoints! If they are logging in on a regular basis and doing the to do list and other things to generate VP's, that is when and how you know they could be a star. So really you cannot know ahead of time who will be a star downline and who will go inactive on sign up.
Ive had Way more of the inactive downline as we all do. So its a numbers game....you are going to have to get a lot of downline just to come up with the 5 very active PSA's it takes to make real money with SFI.
If an

To identify, your watch out for the following:
1. Be their being active in the business.
2. By their participation in the different activities in the business e.g forum, Ask Sc
3. By communicating with you by asking questions and i mean precise and right questions. The skill of a man is known through training. Being trained births questions and the questions asked is a pointer to the level in which your affiliate is trained and that is a clue.
4. Through your affiliate's Profile

First get to know your PSA! A major function of leaders is to support the motivation of other individuals and groups. There are approaches to motivating people that are destructive, for example, fear and intimidation. While these approaches can seem very effective in promptly motivating people, the approaches are hurtful, and in addition, they usually only motivate for the short-term. There are also approaches that are constructive, for example, effective delegation and coaching. These constructive

I suggest the following:

Read profiles of each affiliate so you can learn their back ground experience with business or even hobbies that they do.

Connect with them through SFI messenger from time to time and ask what parts of SFI seem easy for them to do.

It is important to find out what skills they have from a previous work experience, education, and even what their local community has. All of which can be leveraged to become an exceptional affiliate with SFI.

Hi Sean,
I think it is very easy for a sponsor/team leader to identify in their affiliates the skills that could help them become stars in SFI by observing their performance in the 1st month. The sponsor can on regular basis keep a track of their affiliates Versa Point Ledger, which gives an overview of the tasks that a particular affiliate is completing each day. Whether he/she has completed the initial tasks like whitelisting the email IDs, uploading their photographs, completing their LaunchPad

Number one answer is to assume that they everyone will become stars. This sets your mind and your universe in motion to help it happen. You will write better letters. Your perspective of each person will improve. Your attitude determines your actions. As soon as you try to pick and choose who will be a star, you are adding a negative thought and negative actions to your business. One of the first rules in selling is to never make assumptions about the person you are selling to. That will affect your
