The first place you would go to identify if your affiliate has the potential of becoming a star in SFI would be his/her Affiliate Snapshot/Profile. There you will be able to see if that potential exists based on their General Information, Work Experience, Business Strategy and Goals.

A good sign would be your affiliate member is a self starter not requiring much guidance because of his/her knowledge and experience in Affiliate Marketing or MLM. In such an instance you may need to adjust

Hello Theodore

Becoming a Star in SFI is not that easy. You can not just find out with in a short period who will become a SFI star and who would not, unless you wait for at least few months for a particular affiliate to show his/her signs of becoming a SFI Star.

In my opinion the would be SFI Star will have the following signs:

1. Will complete his profile within 24 hours.
2. He scores more than than 500 VPs in 24 hours of joining.
3. He logs in daily,

This is a great question.

One of the best places to start is with a thorough review of your affiliate's profile page. Engage with them in regular dialogue. Learn as much as you can about them, not only from a business perspective, but personal as well.

Where does your affiliate live? Do they have a family? What prompted them to look for a business opportunity? Out of all the opportunities available, what made them choose SFI?

These are all appropriate questions you

To identify skills in affiliates is by studying their Affiliate Snapshots. Besides their names, contact numbers, primary language and their country, lots of information can be found in their VP Ledgers and Affiliate Profiles.
To make my explanation simple and easy to understand, I will associate actions done by the affiliates with a specified skill possibly they possess:

i. VPs earned constantly and improving – Skill: They understand the basics and are persistent.

ii. Daily,

To identify skills you must build a relationship with your affiliates. Too many affiliates want to run their business on remote. Business is proactive so you must be proactive when it comes to building relationships and learning your team. You have to send out a series of communications that ask the right questions. Never send communication to your affiliates just for the sake of points. You need to learn why they do what they do and help them achieve their goals. The only way to know what

I have a perfect example to understand that you must know your affiliates first before you can assess them and realise that they can use their skills in the SFI program.

Over a year ago, after I joined SFI, I wanted to recruit another member but she kept on delaying her sign up - Outside SFI, I knew her well enough to know that she had the experience having been in other marketing assignments that she would be able to handle this business. I was right. She joined and we are still together
