For me it would be any product that I am passionately interested in, familiar with, knowledgeable about and know will benefit the recipient. You also have the option of doing market research to see how well any of the products you are most passionate about are doing. You might even be providing someone with a product or service that they could not find anywhere else. And make sure the price is right because you don't want your prospective customers informing you that they can get the same for much less somewhere else.

Before computers and complex software programs were developed to assist us in communicating across language barriers this would have been a greater challenge. But today, No! We have the ability to communicate like never before. SFI is a Global Marketing Enterprise and no one should ever be excluded for not being able to speak or read in English.

Early in your Welcome Letter to your new PSAs or CSAs you should introduce the Google Translation link.

You can introduce them to a2a for connecting with other SFI Affiliates from their region. Once there they can seek out the most successful affiliates as Mentor(s) suitable for their needs.

If their desire is to progress as an Entrepreneur they will find the means to communicate and learn all they can. And maybe even pick up learning to speak and read in English.

When someone has communicated poorly in English I can usually figure out what it is they're seeking. You can help!

Sometimes you can communicate something by sending an image via the Snipping Tool. In the Forum we sometimes use images to communicate moods, ideas and training.

Anyone that will not recruit others because they do not speak or read in English has no vision and would never make a good sponsor in SFI. In an International Business like SFI there are no boundaries.

I am uncertain what you had in mind when you say personal SFI Website. The Member TConnect or ECA TConnect does not allow you the flexibility that a personal website does. ECAs are not following SFI rules when they advertise more than just their ECA business from their ECA TConnect Page. If you are using your ECA TConnect as though it were still your Member TConnect Page you had better read SFI rules. Perhaps some just wanted the 500 VP for setting it up having no intentions of ever using it for its intended purpose. On the other hand if you have your own personal website you can advertise any part of SFI or TripleClicks and its Banners.

The only time you would need to change your approach wound be when you have knowledge about some restrictions that would place limitations on a prospective ECA business. Other than that you should have free reign to approach prospective ECAs anywhere in most countries and regions.

Once your prospect has decided to become an ECA it is their responsibility to follow through with all their state, regions or counties regulations on acquiring all the necessary sales tax licencing/permits and opening a DBA checking account.

After your ECA is approved their approach (not yours) will vary on how they operate as an ECA. Many variables can come into play such as laws restricting the entry of certain types of products, high courier surcharges for customs clearance and shipping costs. Some places may be high risk for sending parcels. If your parcel does not arrive you may have to refund your customer.

SFI/TC recommends Tracking but it is not required. If you include Tracking someone has to pay for it. Raising the price of a product to cover Tracking and Shipping costs is not recommended. I think most people are in tune to what an item should cost. If you have enough profit margin to work with you are better off offering Free shipping or tracking.

For the ECA that sells eBooks and online services will not be faced with the same challenges.

In conclusion your main concern is to be professional in your approach and appearance.

Lets be realistic here. SFI is primarily a Home Based Business. Without access to a computer be it a Desktop, Notebook, Laptop or something similar on a daily basis you will falter as an SFI Sponsor. You need to have access to the many resources needed to build a profitable SFI business. "You can't make bricks without straw." Due to my particular circumstances were I suddenly cut off from using my computer at home my first public access to a computer would be for the purpose of accessing the SFI Vacation Mode.

The best option you have is to rent a computer until you can buy one. Limited access to a public computer would only afford me enough time to get caught up on my emails. You don't want to become a pest to family and friends for the use of their computer. This is not a good way to work a business and will not reflect well upon you as a business person. When you set out to build a brick -n- mortar business you estimate the cost to see if you have enough to complete it. If you run out of money before you have completed it everyone will laugh at you. I have seen this happen in a big way in one northern Michigan City.

Some SFI Affiliates will resent not having the help and support of a Sponsor. I did and almost quit because of it. You don't want to contribute to that if you can help it. My first 30 days more or less in SFI was like getting to know a very large room while blindfolded. If you can't respond to your team members questions they will resent you for it. You will risk being rated poorly and they could also opt-out on you. If you want to be successful you must be willing to pay the price.

Just last month I sponsored a new PSA from Zimbabwe. He contacted me and we connected via Google Chat, Facebook Chat, Skype Chat and by email. Upon entering March I noticed he stopped working and I questioned him about it. He said that his computer got smashed and was using a friends computer to access his email account. The last action he took was to transfer his VP. Since then I have not seen him available in Google Chat, Facebook or Skype. I don't think he is deliberately avoiding me. If you had an extra Notebook Computer would you loan it to a friend that said, "it got smashed?"

My best uses of MRPs:

1. I use them to buy single TCredits. This is something I do often on my way to win the E365 and to boost my ratings. 1,260 MRPs will but you 10 TCredits and at the same time you receive 1,020 VPs.

2. I use them to buy products I like and require shipping charges. This way I only pay for the shipping charges at checkout.

I am sure there are other uses for them. The best use for them will differ between individuals because of ones own goals, likes and dislikes.

My best use of MRPs will likely change in the coming months.

I'm glad you asked this question. I was not winning until I used the Auto Bidder for the first time followed by five more wins making it a total of six consecutive wins. Using the auto bidder makes quick work of it most times. I lost big the seventh time going for the iPad.

Sometimes I just go for the 2X MRP with no intentions of winning because I like to use the MRPs to buy single TCredits - usually 10 at a time. This method is very effective for maximizing Versa Points and raising my Ranking.

I'm not sure some would be so honest about answering this question because if your the only one using the Auto Bidder and someone else comes along later it will really zip along at a fast pace and eat up your TCredits really fast. Once when this happened I had to turn off my Auto Bidder and play it out manually.

Using the Auto Bidder allows you more freedoms to walk away from your computer to go to the bathroom, get a drink from the kitchen and let the dog out. You will want to monitor the bidding though as much as possible. If your not there to respond to the alarm you will get kicked out. Twice when I came back to my computer it was all over with. In both instances though I had won.

I'm happy that both option exist and both ways are beneficial to serve you in meeting your intended goals.

When working with the workers I would promote the benefits and importance of answering Ask SC questions. Your workers should already be doing the most common tasks and shouldn't need much coaching unless you find one that has a habit of neglecting a particular task.

Practice! Practice! If you are determined and persistent you can frequently become Top Author; making the top ten often and earning those valuable Action VP.

The additional Action VP could qualify you for the next team leader position, especially if you have exhausted all the other tasks for earning valuable Action VP.

If I had not been participating in Answering Ask SC questions I would not have been able to make STL now two consecutive months and receive two shares of second home CSAs X 2.

Besides adding to SFI's store of knowledge you will have improved your writing skills while providing valuable content for your weekly team messages, blog and your Leadership Page.

More or less this happens to all of us. Of course we want to do our best to reduce this from happening. We all experience times in our own lives when we've abandoned being productive or ceased making progress in exchange for comfort and peace. Rather than explore any further the possibilities of our own potential we chose instead a lazy lifestyle. Until one has the willingness to change this vicious cycle it will only continue.

Doing nothing is the worst thing of all. Having days filled with endless opportunities and possibilities only to be thrown away on useless activities like television and games. It becomes very hard to break lazy habits. Poverty will come unless one takes decisive action to change his/her daily routine. Waiting to long will force one to take action at a time when it's often to late because poverty has overtaken like a thief.

All you can do is be vigilant with your active people and don't assume because they're active today means they'll be active tomorrow. Learn to recognize and watch for patterns and signs. Anything that will cue you in as to their condition. Are they overlooking or skipping over any of the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions. If you notice disparities send an E-Card with a Tip. Stay on them as long as it takes to get them geared up and moving. Send your team motivational quotes most every day.

You might offer a $10 gift certificate for anyone that reaches EA2 or higher in their second month with SFI. At that same time you could offer a $60 gift certificate to any that maintain BTL for 6 consecutive months at any interval in time. Once they're working the goal is to keep them working. Working until they become passionate about what the do. Be watchful and creative.
