You can use a PSA's Profile to help them get off to a great start by reviewing their answers to their profile questions. For example, if they answered the question of how many hours they are willing to devote to SFI with 20 or more, than there is a good chance they are serious about achieving success. And if you see that they have experience in marketing and leadership roles, this would indicate that they have a good idea about what they are getting into. Now, with this information you can give them

The Affiliate Profile was designed partly to give sponsors a heads up on the profile of members in order to guide them and assist them using the information provided. However, I personally do not place too much emphasis on it because new members may not be aware of the importance and hence just complete them without due diligence.

In any case, for the benefit of those who complete them with due diligence, some aspects of it may be necessary to look at and to be used in assisting new members

First,take a look at the affiliate's profile.
You,ofcourse, get info when they fill out their profile, entitled "(name of the PSA) Affiliate profile notification".And there you can see the "score" of your PSA.The higher the number is,the more competent person is.

You can start from there.
What is the score of the profile? If you're lucky, your PSA will have score of 15 and more.Even thou, most of the PSAs will have score under 10.Which means that person is almost

Actually an affiliates profile is like a tiny mirror that sees into certain parts of their life, and if we are paying attention to details, then we can certainly use this information to better assist them not only to get a good start, but also for long term success. The profile can tell us a lot since it seeks to establish pertinent information on the business and on line activity of the affiliate, further, it may be wise to ask certain questions based on profile information, to establish trust and

Unfortunately most affiliates when they join up put the barest of information down and as a sponsor you have very little to go on with at the start. Thats one of the reasons why I encourage all PSAs to complete their profile & confirm their registrations as early as possible.

One of the first things I look for is the PSA's primary language and make a note of it if its not English. I always bear this in mind when sending them tips etc. However quite often even that is missing, so

Great question.

To start with, their profile tells you what language they speak. Knowing that, you can communicate more effectively.

On their profile, you can look at their VP ledger. That give you knowledge as to what tasks they could be doing but are not. If they regularly miss certain tasks, you can send an eCard to give them a tip, or contact them directly to find out if there is a reason, ie: they may not understand how (like AskSC, I found many didn't know they had

When a newly sponsored affiliate completed his/her affiliate profile, SFI will send an Affiliate Profile notification to his/her sponsor.
The affiliate profile that includes the profile scores can be an excellent leadership tool to identify potential stars in your downline.

Understanding the Profile Scores:

- SFI has a system in place that reviews the responses of your affiliates, who have responded to questions on their Affiliate Profiles.

- Each response

Using your PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) profile to help them get off to a good start is a great idea.

Just in knowing the primary language your PSA speaks is a plus in your favor because your communication with that affiliate will be better understood. And now we can also know the different region of “time” that they live in so our contacting them will be more efficient for the both of you.

Through their profile page you have access to their VP
