Just in knowing the primary language your PSA speaks is a plus in your favor because your communication with that affiliate will be better understood. And now we can also know the different region of “time” that they live in so our contacting them will be more efficient for the both of you.
Through their profile page you have access to their VP ledger and their To Do list. By carefully studying their ledger you will be able to see their weak areas where they will need help and you can see the areas they are strong in so you can send them recognition Ecards.
When I have a need to communicate with one of my teammates I will first study their VP ledger and profile so I am prepared enough to contact them with what may be important information. I always try to find pertinent information from their profile that will only apply to that affiliate this way your information is seen as personal care towards them.
Knowing the country they live in is also an added feature that can help you in discussing payments to and from SFI and TripleClicks. You can send your teammate information on payment methods for their nation.
Knowing their country will also help you in sharing what products they might purchase for a standing order without having to pay extremely high shipping and import fees.
Taking the time to study your teammates profile and how you can use it in helping them is one of the first priories for being an awesome sponsor.
