Hi Olufolake
You can use a PSA's Affiliate Profile to help him or her get off to a good start and become successful in SFI by examining it carefully.
There are many things that you may examine. This are the main three things to examine:
1. Why did he/she join SFI.
2. What does he/she likes.
3. What is he/she good at.
You can use No.2 and No.3 to help him/her to achieve No.1.
When the PSA is doing what he/she is good at and what he/she likes, the PSA will enjoy what

Hello and good day to all.

From the profile of a PSA/CSA we can have an idea about his/her present and future

goals with SFI and can help them in many ways.

We can know that they have prior experience with internet marketing or not.

We can send personal emails to the particular affiliate using the information in our

genealogy report.

We can know that how much time they can spend for SFI to achieve their goals.

How much

Hi Olufolake,

The Affiliate Profile can help some, but for the most part, I have found that new affiliates generally don't fill out the profile right away - usually not until after you've sent a welcome letter.

In my experience, new affiliates are exploring SFI and the basics and finding out what it's all about. Often, they don't even know the importance of completing it.

So I just introduce myself in my welcome letter, point them towards the basics and the

The best way to use a PSA's profile is to check their VP Ledger to see what they are and aren't doing so that you can guide them: encourage them with what they are doing and help them to start doing what they're not doing.
Be gentle, encouraging and come across like you know they will do it. If they don't follow your lead than that's the choice they made and if you can't deal with that situation you already know you've done what you can and you should be able to walk away. They can ask questions

The affiliate profile provides level of exposure to online experience and knowledge. Marketing and advertising experience as well as the reason for joining amongst others. This knowledge helps the would be sponsor to fine tune a program of instructions provided by SFIto guide the affiliate.
Where marketing and advertising knowledge is lacking, showing the affiliate around the marketing center, the launchpad lessons, internet income lesson on this topic will be most appropriate. Showing good

Good question, thanks for asking.

Affiliate profile is a key component of SFI powerful personalized tools for
training and support. This is where you can determine how to go about your
business or how you could help your downlines.

Good Question
If I were asked this kind of question from my team, I knew, they have potentials to be active and thus, a next team leader status.

Ok, from their Affiliate Profile page, we will learn some of their activity, the column of badges, an access to vp ledger page and read their Best Tips or exploring their Profile goals section.

But to know more on how to help them a good start, you may need to go into their vp ledger page, where more intense details on their

DO set up contests using your Leadership Page "Rewards/Incentives" section. This will be a GREAT way to to motivate your team by providing specific, actionable goals. You can set the specifications for each of your contests (who is eligible to enter, what the qualifications to win are, the starting and ending dates, restrictions, and of course the prize—which can be TCredits, PSA reassignments, or gift certificates). When your downline members go to your LP, all contests they are eligible

Excellent question!

A profile is a great tool to assist you as a sponsor/team leader to customize your 1-1 support with each affiliate.

There are times when fellow affiliates/down line team members need to diversify their business model to match their reason for joining SFI. The profile also let's the skills of what an affiliate has shine through thus able to leverage those skills to build their own SFI business. Use the skills an affiliate has to start their climb to the top
