Lets expand on this a little bit because the Affiliate Profile is just one part of the Affiliate Snapshot we all receive when we sponsor a new PSA. From here you will also be able to see if he/she is logged in.

First is his/her name and knowing where they reside can be beneficial for different reasons. Knowing what time it is in their region will help with scheduling for online training sessions. Knowing his/her primary and secondary language will be important. You may have to resort

Hello, Olufolake Stephen Adams!

It is my understanding that one of the purposes of the Affiliate Profile is to help the sponsor know his affiliate and communicate with him efficiently.

This communication is highly encouraged by SFI. Two of the very first actions of the new affiliates for which they are highly rewarded with actions points are:

1. Completing their profile (75 points), and

2. Sending their SFI Commitment Message to their sponsor (50 points)

This is one of the most neglected part by sponsors who are helping their PSA become successful in SFI. So, thank you for asking this question.

When you look at the profile of your PSA you can see several tabs below it. All of those are useful tool on helping your PSA.

What I want to call your attention is the "Check List" Tab. Try to complete all those with in 10 days from the time your affiliates joined SFI. The main purpose of this checklist is to engage your PSA

First and foremost the affiliate’s profile provides you the ingredients to make a rapport with the affiliate by sending them the customized Welcome message. This when communicated in personalized manner breaks the ice between you and your PSA.

Once the communication is open and is two ways, you can start sending mails related to their training and that brings growth to them.

A step-wise plan devised based on their profile information can help them get better understanding

To help a PSA get off on the right start I highly recommend that you review the affiliate's profile with them. Be sure to ask clarifying questions as well as new questions about different aspects of the affiliates profile. This is effective because it shows your affiliate that you are in touch with their experience level and you are willing to guide them based on where they are. Building rapport goes a long ways to building an effective and active affiliate. Involvement is the key so don't leave

Dear Olufolake,

In the Affiliate Profile, you get some details on your affiliate’s general information, his/her prior experience, business strategy and goals. These four areas are detailed into several small items which you can use them as a guidance to motivate or help your PSA out.

Your affiliates are considered new to an online marketing or not by studying his/her prior experience. You need to work harder if he/she never operates any business or never gets involved in

Affiliate Profile is a questionnaire every new Affiliate completes after joining SFI. It reveals General info, Prior business and marketing experience, business strategy for SFI, Communication with Upline and goals and aspirations of the new Affiliate.

A critical consideration of these data available to the Sponsor is a wealth of revelation that can be harnessed for coordinated follow up to get the PSA to a good start in SFI.

Hello Olufolake,
This is the first thing I ask my new team members to complete, their profile. This helps me to help them.

Use your team members profiles to monitor progress and understand their skills and goals. You should also find their contact details here so you can follow up with them. Be aware that if you send them a message through the SFI system they will not see it unless the sign in to their account. It is much better to send them an email or call them on the telephone.

Using a PSA's profile will tell you quite a bit about your PSA and his/her previous business experience. I think one of the most useful things learned from the profile is the amount of time and or money your PSA has available to invest.

You can advise how to wisely use that time to the best advantage and likewise what would be the best use of perhaps limited funds. If they say they have no money to invest, you know not to push them, even gently, to set up a Standing Order, but can work
