I think you should advise your PSA to become team leader as soon as he can.
Ask him about his goals, and how quickly he want to learn basics. This will help him stay in SFI more motivated.
I remember how i was happy firs time i became BTL, that was the day that turn around my focus to SFI. Since then, no single day passed that i wasn't active here. Now i want to become STL so badly, so i talk to people, i bid auctions, in other words i became so much more active.

So if your

Hello Sandra

It’s a wonderful & wise question. Generally we tend to advise our Personally Sponsore Affiliate to slow down and not to become Team Leader very fast.

Case 1

It may apply for the affiliates who are less educated, less witty & a bit more lazy. They may take more time to understand information given in Launch Pad lessons, Start section & SFI Basics etc. In fact there is a lot of information given in SFI in other sections too. Like information

It is great to have an Affiliate who takes on the initiative without motivation. Even if that new person is not good at duplication, the system will hold them in perspective and keep them focused. My own Sponsor gave me just a few words that helped me more than anything I could have asked from her, the best part about it is I never had to ask.

What was shared was to focus. Focus on

Hello Sandra,
Though there are many answers already for this question which I’ve also rated yes to and No also. But I felt I should add a little to the pull of the answers.

My answer to this question is: Yes and No.

Yes, because, to my opinion, I will describe SFI as a marathon race in which you need to be an endurance runner to survive not sprinter. You may ask, how do I mean?
What I meant is that SFI is not a get rich quick program, when a new PSA quickly climbs

Hi friend,
Any good thing we should not restrict.
It’s quite easy to restrict, but becomes very difficult or sometimes even impossible to boost them back to get done something.
When it happens why should we restrict… We are all here to see some kind of progress in everyone, so that everyone prospers by some means or other.

In deed we need to encourage them. We should not restrict. Everyone has the right to go to the top. The thing is capability and responsibility. Every

I would rather not advise new PSAs to slow down, but relatively inform them of what are the benefits of staying EA or becoming a Team Leader. As for my experience, accelerating from one rank to a higher rank without really trying but just following the system, learning and doing my work gave me so much encouragement, inspiration and a great sense of ‘I can do it!’ It will be up to the Affiliate himself/herself whether or not he/she would want to become a Team Leader even without having a team

How I would answer that question would depend on the PSA:

If your PSA is qualifying as Team Leadder by maintaining a large network of his or her own EA2s or better, and they are rating him or her highly, then he or she is moving at the right pace and is going to be highly successful as a Team Leader. This particular affiliate should be applauded and advised to continue.

If your PSA is qualifying as a Team Leader by racking up VersaPoints by being active, testing out different

Absolutely not! When an affiliate first signs up, they have no downline to work with at all. By becoming a TL right off the bat, they are guaranteed at least 50 - 60 CSAs to work with and possibly many more. They also get a load of TCredits to use in the Pricebender Auctions and the Eager Zebra Games.

Besides, when a person first joins the business, they can easily score 1500 VP or more just doing the items on the To Do list without spending a penny. A major enticement to going on standing

Sandra,

Thank you for asking this question. I cannot speak for everyone. I won't even try. I'll be as straight forward as I always on, please forgive me if it comes across blunt. I'm very direct in my style. I mean no harm. I want your success, you work hard for it.

To clarify, you are asking if you should advise your new PSA to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly.

Very clearly, NO.

By advising someone whom may or may not have the
