In my opinion we should not stop anyone or slow down their progress. It is our duty to meet them with all the possibilities, with all PROS and CONS, advantages and disadvantages of specific steps.
If someone wants to progress fast and from the beginning started in a fast mode, I think that we should not slow them down, but encourage and help. Of course, our duty is to explain realistically all the possibilities and options, what they get with rapid progress and why it is not necessary to rush,

I have been in this situation twice when 2 of my downlines started off on a very positive note and from EA to GTL and more recently one went from EA to STL.

Regrettably the one of EA to GTL left the program because she realized that she did not have an active team under her and therefore she felt she was working alone. She was looking to earn online and this did not happen because she did not have any workers under her. She spent more time getting anxious over why she did not make the

No. In my opinion, you should never discourage your PSAs when they are determined to work. What I would do is explain in great detail to them, how the system works. You should send them comprehensive information on what happens when you do something.

For example, how you progress to EA, and then to EA2 and what the benefits are when you get there. Explain how you get to be a Team Leader and the benefits being a Team Leader brings to you.

It should then be up to the

No. This is simply because if your PSA is doing well to achieve TL status that means he/she is building their business. Apart from month 1 and reaching that first default EA status from reading and connecting to SFI's resources you need to build your business via transfer buying through the setting up of an SO. With Tcredits being the main purchase your affiliate will be building at their own pace set by budget and time constraints. Using the TC portal can see them buying great products and selling

Dear Sandra,

Before I answer whether you should advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualifying as Team Leaders so quickly or not, I would like to classify the new PSAs into four categories:

i. Absolutely inactive PSAs. Of course these PSAs are not going to make any VPs because they just signed up and remain silent. You do not have to worry about them moving so fast but you have to worry about their reasons for an inactivity and solutions to overcome the problem.

ii. PSAs

No at all.

I qualified as PTL in my second month and I'd love to see all my new PSAs doing the same! :)

If you have the chance of having this kind of PSAs, for what reason should you slow them down?

What you ideally want for your team are people with no fear of doing things or making mistakes. They are the best example to follow and duplicate for all their future PSAs.

And that's all what this business is about: leading by example to create the best duplication

I have tried doing this and from experience it seems that they then lose the motivation to continue anyway. If it can be explained and understood from the very first conversation you have with them, it may work successfully, however it seems to put a stop to them ever trying again especially if they have gotten to Team Leader in the first month and then find they have to start over the next month without the benefit of having the once only actions on their VP Ledger.
I personally went up to

Hi Sandra,

In my life I try not to rush anything except when I go somewhere. (I'm a really pokey eater but it's healthier to eat slow.) If I am pressed for time, I can be like a rocket.

New PSAs becoming Team Leaders early on is great for them - more (Second Home) CSAs and Tcredits, matching VP if they have EA2s on their teams...but are they ready for the responsibility? Are you ready to watch over them, guide, support and motivate them?

I think you have to know your

I think we should advise our new PSAs to slow down and pace themselves. But we must do it carefully and tell them the "why" of that.

It is rare that we should ever want to stifle a new PSA's momentum and excitement as that could cause them to slow too much and never resume an active pace.

On the other hand, I became STL in the first few weeks of membership and then I had a hard time maintaining BTL for a while after that. In the second month we get paid for our first

That's a great question.

I believe you should not advise anyone against becoming a Team Leader at any point because there are great benefits that come with achieving any TL rank, like earning TCredits, second home CSAs, etc. which are good for anyone who understands SFI Compensation Plan and how SFI works and how to be successful in SFI.

With that being said, I would advice you to explain to your down-line that they need to study SFI, let them know that getting VersaPoints and
