What is the best use for the MRP I earn?

I found the most useful item I have purchased with my MRP was the Lifetime Custom Prestige Domain For SFI Affiliates for 2224 MRP.
I have found this very helpful in my marketing as The Custom Domain Manager allows you to set up and manage your own custom prestige domain giving you 5 gateways that you name yourself, to promote your business.
The other product I have purchased is the SFI Landing Page, Easily Invite your PSA's this is 1000 MRP. I have found this creates a lot of interest, with a good percentage becoming PSA's.

Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

As tempting as it is to jump in and take our affiliates by the hand, to lead them every step of the way, for the success of both them and yourself, in my experience has proven to be futile, in most cases.
It weakens more than helps, by not allowing them to learn for themselves how to get things worked out. After a while, when you have many others to help and are not holding their hand so much, they can readily give up as they feel unsupported and not able to continue without your constant attention.
Successful affiliates will thrive knowing you are there at any point they need help. Learning the best way of growing their business for themselves will enable them to be an awesome supportive sponsor for their own affiliates.

What is the most effective way to communicate with your team?

Hello!
I find the SFI Chat does not often work well. Unless your team member has the chime active they do not realize you are wishing to communicate with them. I send a team mail or email to them and request them to add me on Facebook. This works extremely well. The instant one on one messaging is great for helping them move ahead quickly. They can also get more of an idea about you because of your posts, photos, and likes on your page. This makes them feel like they are more then a number to you and helps build a very strong working relationship.

What are the best ways to track my ads to know which are providing the best results?

I use the Hit Tracking under Power Tools to track my ads. This gives you a complete list of each Key Code you have used and how many hits there has been made to it. The hit tracking refreshes each Sunday, so you need to remember to check before the end of each week to see the results.

I remember when I first signed up to SFI and how I felt so overwhelmed by all the information. I didn't know where to go or what to focus on at first, even though all the information was right in front of me at the time.
I remember wishing I had some direction from someone. A guide to assure me that what I clicked on next was the best thing to do. I wished I could ask questions when I got stuck but due to my being in a different part of the world our times are so different and this was difficult.
I found my frustration building so high at times I would let fly at support, only to be directed so easily to where I found the answer I needed to move forward.
This experience taught me what to do when I felt comfortable enough to support PSAs.
First placing myself into their shoes :-
I am (my name) your sponsor and I am here to help you. Please tell me what you would like help with first and when you are ready I can show you the steps to take?
I have wonderful results, even if there is a language barrier. They feel supported and safe and ready to take action!
In three months I have 5 very active PSA and 2 very active CSA , a lot more finding their way and I am so very proud of them all.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

I have tried doing this and from experience it seems that they then lose the motivation to continue anyway. If it can be explained and understood from the very first conversation you have with them, it may work successfully, however it seems to put a stop to them ever trying again especially if they have gotten to Team Leader in the first month and then find they have to start over the next month without the benefit of having the once only actions on their VP Ledger.
I personally went up to Silver Team Leader in my first month and my sponsor never said a word, except that I should focus on building my team now. That seemed to work for me because for the next month I did struggle but I had a goal. Build my team and learn more about the business. So I will not advise my PSA to slow down anymore, rather keep advising them on the many ways to build their team.

I find it is easy to reach the goal of Executive Affiliate each and every month,
using 1890 MRP. I buy fifteen single TCredit for 126 MRP and receive 1530 VP each month ...................... Easy!
PSA's are another great way to spend your MRP and build up your downline.
