Motivation is very hard for some people. As a leader you can motivate others by following the examples in SFI. You find them in the forum, in Ask SC and by just doing the work every day. Keeping yourself motivated is the best thing you can do. When you are motivated, ambitious and sending information about yours and others successes, you will improve the motivation of the team. If you are just hanging on to SFI, doing the daily items yourself, you will have a team that does that too, and the whole team will suffer.
A leader has to be upbeat, readily available for anything the rest of the team might need, and tirelessly present them with information and helps that will move them forward.

It is important that every affiliate should do the daily actions every day. Other than the daily actions, weekly and monthly actions from the to-do-list are also necessary as they give more points for a single action.
But to be successful in SFI we should do so many other activities also like
1. Enroll new affiliates and duplicate

3. Participate in Auctions
4. Become Wave3 Member
5. Generate TripleClick sales
6. Advertise our business
7. Read all the info available in SFI.
So we should utilize our time and money effectively to succeed in our business

This is how I motivate my team number one I lead by example.Two I send out team mail's telling them that the first one to set up a 1500vp standing order will get a one on one training session with me to help them succeed and then after that I encourage them during the training to set up a standing vp of 1500vp with the t credits 125 pack and before you know it you're a team leader making you're own team and future and teaching them what I taught you.
It is normal that your affiliates are interested and motivated to complete their daily, weekly, and monthly To-Do-List actions. This is what they are told to do from the start. Other things such as- Advertising SFI, TC, or maybe even setting up an advertising co-op will all come together as your downline starts to get some familiarity with the SFI System.
So, just be patient with them, because it is a blessing that they are taking the initiative to be active affiliates.
Just continue to encourage them and let them know that they are doing a Great job. They will know when they are ready to move forward.

Start encouraging them to become one W3 member , is an extremely cheap to buy and they will win every month 5 TC and another 50 MRP , as well as amazing discounts . This will make them more confident , investment is little and huge results. Howdy dear! To-Do List is vital every day but to grow, we sure all have to take part in other activities: Buying and selling by TripleClicks, answering questions here, playing games and taking part in Auctions. On top of that, we have to learn the rules of this business, I am still learning because we can never learn enough.Then we have to advertise, recruit others in and least but not last, teach and build a Team.
How can we motivate our Team to do this? It´s not easy but at least we can tell them the truth that, without doing this, they will never earn money. Be their example, they will then follow us hopefuly.
