Recruiting new affiliates both locally and world-wide are equally important. It is easier to get new members from your close family and friends. But because of so many unreliable programs people hesitate to join. If you have very good achievements in your business you can show that to convince and attract them. So first of all you have to maintain a good position and have to be a model. Here, your field of area is limited to your locality.
On the other hand if you advertise globally the chances to reach people are abundant. To advertise globally there are many free as well as paid classified sites. Also you can create a blog or website and advertise in that. Your constant efforts will help you attain success. You will find someone somewhere at times who are really devoted to work.

Which is better to do...sponsoring SFI affiliates...or referring TripleClicks members?

No doubt, sponsoring SFI Affiliates is better, because you get commissions from your down line (All PSAs & CSAs) up to 12 levels from all over the world as long as they are in SFI. Here you have immense potential for earning. Once you recruit an Affiliate, he and his down line up to 12 levels are your lifetime customers. Even when you are not doing anything your income goes on increasing.
From your referred TripleClicks members you get commission and VersaPoints for their purchases, but only when they buy. Here, there is no growth of your down line.

What are the best ways to track my ads to know which are providing the best results?

You can track your ads by giving key code for different ads in different sites. For example if your SFI Gateway is like http://www.sfi4.com/111111.2222/FREE where, 111111 is your SFI ID and 2222 is the key code. You can give different key code numbers for different sites and note down the numbers for each site. When you get sign ups the key code will be shown with each sign up.

Maintaining EA staus is very essential in SFI. You can tell your downline members that their earnings start only when they become EA2. For the first 2 months it is easy to become EA. But after that they will have to invest to get 1500 VP monthly unless they win auctions. But to participate in auctions they have to have TCredits which they should buy. Also when they become EA2 they get 2 CSAs from SFI which also may help them earn commission.
The benefits of maintaining the EA status are,
1. Co sponsor commissions
2. TripleClicks Executive Pool
3. Monthly 10 TCredits
So you can inform them the above benefits and also an EA can participate in many other activities which can be read from the BENEFIT CHART

All of us want only serious affiliates. When we recruit affiliates directly we can discuss with them all the possibilities of SFI and can find out whether they are serious. Usually people think they can make money very fast and without much effort. Such people can’t be devoted to work. You can tell people SFI is not a get rich quick plan. In a normal pace it may take 2 to 3 years for a considerable amount of profit. Also you have to read a lot and learn and apply the information provided by SFI to become successful in business. Moreover people should work in a systematic way for a good progress. Also to earn profit investment is essential.
On the other hand when we advertise in various places for recruiting we cannot include very much information in our ads. The ads should be concise and attractive. So we get lot of sign ups and most of them join just to have a look at it. Very few will be serious about the business and continue. You have to be really lucky to get more serious sign ups.

Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

It is important that every affiliate should do the daily actions every day. Other than the daily actions, weekly and monthly actions from the to-do-list are also necessary as they give more points for a single action.
But to be successful in SFI we should do so many other activities also like
1. Enroll new affiliates and duplicate
2. Play Eager Zebra Games
3. Participate in Auctions
4. Become Wave3 Member
5. Generate TripleClick sales
6. Advertise our business
7. Read all the info available in SFI.
So we should utilize our time and money effectively to succeed in our business

Both PSAs and CSAs can help you earn income. But PSAs are more beneficial.
Benefits from PSA and CSAs are as follows
1. When your PSA and CSAS become EA2 you get matching VP if you are a Team Leader.
2. When your PSA makes a purchase from Tripleclicks you get 45% of the commission volume, but when your CSA makes a purchase you get only 15% of commission volume.
3. When your PSA wins an Eager Zebra game you get 10% of matching points, if you also played the same game at least once on that day. But from CSAs you won't get this points.

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?

Sending supportive mails to CSAs and PSAs are always good, only that you should not send more than once in a week. If they get more than that they may get irritated. Once in a while remembering them is good. At some point they may think of looking into the program and if they spend some time here and find out what is happening here they may get interested since so many amazing activities are going on here like, games, auctions, listing the items for sale, online shop etc. If they happen to look into the program and learn it surely they may join to earn an extra income.
The best part is even if they don’t turn up, we can earn 30 points weekly by sending group mails.

Here, absolutely the quality matters, not the quantity. If you recruit thousands of affiliates and none of them is active, your time and effort is wasted. But if you could get only a few people who seriously engage in SFI activities and build their downline you will be benefitted more because it is possible to get commissions from upto 12 levels. Your success will depend on producing more and more EAs in your downline. Also when your downline members achieve higher ranks you will be awarded with more and more Versa Points. Therefore, always active members in your downline are required for successful business.
