This is a nice question that can have a thousand of answers.
Unfortunatly this is something that you can propose to your downline member, but if you don't try to promote it, you'll never know how much of users will participate on the program.
You need a good comunication with downline member.
Also you must try to convince them, that like any other business, need an investment.
Most of us spend money and time in other anusable things.
Who want to work hard an I repeat my sell INVEST in a personal business will see good results.

Remember this : If you want, you can. Everything is on you and you have a lot of strategies to advertise and sell product.
Using social networks you can promote all product to your friends and you're friends will do it with other friend, family. The best things is that everyone can buy products (SFI members and non members).
You can promote TRIPLE CLICKS posting the decal on your car, or simply giving some flyiers to the people just to make shore that a great number of people will see it.
You can leave the same flyiers in a bar, coffee shop.
Post the advertising on some ad page, and do the same with your blog.
In this way you will be visible to a lot of people.

How do you lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything?

Leading a team is always hard to do, but If in your team you have people who want to learn and understand what kind of business SFI is, you will see during the time, that the wall team will follow you.
SFI provides a lot of information, tips, support and solution for every information, dubt or question for the members, but don't you forget to the big role you can have as a Team Leader.
The approach is the 50% of the action. Try to show them how you work, maybe your results, just to make them sure that everything is real, and that SFI is a big possibility for all members, who want a private business, and who are willing to learn.

We have a hundred possibility to promote SFI, and posting a video can be one of.
Making a video with all starting tips is possible, just use the immagination, how to prospect easily our work on SFI to attract visitors.
Once you made the video, you can post it on your blog, send it by mail, share it on a social network and post it on you tube.

We are all different people, with different taste, touch and wisheas.
The best you can do, is not promoting one or more product, but simply promote your store, or If you aren't an ECA sponsoring Triple Clicks Store. In this way you will get commissions and people will buy what they want. Both sides will be satisfied.

I think that nothing can be better than starting a presentation tolking to people face to face.
This is probably the best method, for recruiting members, for the team leaders who can spend a lot of time doing it, but this is a limited method, because you can communicate and fix an appointment only with people from your city, or country. For other members who are not in your circle, SFI provide some other method, like chat, group e-mails, forum.
Another interesting method can be start a conversation using social networks, but I suggest when you start a conversation of any kind to have some own information about your previous work on SFI, because most of people can be sceptic about online jobs.

What's the best way to communicate with your downline?

On of the best that I use is simply sending a welcome e-card to received member, and try to start a a chat with him/her just to introduce my self and to spend a couple of word explaining the SFI.
After this, I communicate to a member that he/she will receive an e-mail with all starting tips, just to allow to a member to know about what we are talking, what we do, and how SFI work. You can also explain the function of the Forum, If you don't have an asnwer to your member question.
This are the main steps to start a conversation with a member.
After this few steps, If the member decide to use your offer information, and start with job on SFI you will be in contact using chat or e-mail every day.
Hope this will help you, to start communications with downline members.

I think that you must spend the same time to all members, because every member is important.
Obviously you will start a communication easilly with a member from your country, who speak your mothertounge language, but the communication is one of the most important thing in SFI.
You can't be a succesfull member if you don't have a communication with the members.
Maybe for the first you can focus to members from your country and than try to enlarge your domain to other members.
