Hello everbody,
This is very good question.
First, a lot of us recive some CSA, late we get our personal affiliates PSA and its great thing but to stay in contact with them it is not easy.
Secound,we have never run away of their questions. We should make the best contact with them, to talk, give advice, help, answer on the questions, and the most important one is to be 24 hours online for them. Also, I think that we should make group for our affiliates because its more easy to answer on questions and to post documents or videos which they all can find anytime.
Will we use facebook, mail, SFI chat or any other way to comunicate with them it doesn't matther, but we have to be there always if they ask for help.
One thing more, especially this is important for beginer "NEVER BE SHY TO ASK FOR HELP", we all should take care about our success!

Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

This is very tricky question.
We have to know one thing, we all make team and there is usully people who we dont know so we must allow them to show us which type they are.
We can send them welcome letter, warn them if they somwhere made mistake, but we don't have to be boring. Becouse of all that, I suggest everyone to make group, add its members and there post important documents or videos which can everyone find and see. If they need any additional help or explain about something, believe me they will ask you.
Never give too much pressure on your members because nobody like it, and it will be very bad idea for you!

People join this kind of job because they need earnings, so the problem here is that all of them want just for month to receive their income. But you know this is impossible, every job needs time, the will to work and to be patient!
If we really want earning, we should give our best, than expecte income.

We all know that the important thing in every bussiness is to make fantastic advert. How to be successful if we don't know to make simply but in same time awesome advert. Because that follow simple rules, make short and clear ad, never forget to write your contact info that people can contact you anytime. Always adjust settings for your ad, that you can recive notifications for it.

The success of our team is very important in this bussiness. If we keep our team on great way, our job will be fantastic, which means that our success depends of our team.
When we make our team we should take care who we choose, never pay attention for someone who is lazy for doing this job. But on other side, we have to do our best for great members who follow only positive side and keep working for its success.
To save that awesome group of members, we have to give them enough details about everything, to be there when they need, and the important one to help them in anyway.
Also, if you want your team to be in the top, we have to motivate them, to bring them a thousand reasons to keep working as they worked.

We all know, that convince someone, it's pretty much hard. Everyone knows what is the best for itself, so we don't have any rights to force or convince anyone to do anything if doesn't want.
Nobody want keep working something what isn't good for itself, and everyone knows what is best for itself. We can try to clear someone's minds,but we can't force someone to do something.
Will someone do its best to success in this job its only itself decision.
Usually people start work this kind of job because they need money,so if they give up soon and go for looking other job, we can't stop it, it's people needs.

Really i think that this cultures and timezones don't make any problem for anyone.
Because we have to be nice to every member who we have, never separate members because is not good for this job. Always try to move your knowledge to all members, don't change your behavior and tipe of writing, because all of that can take bad effects.
Be very carefull about way how you talk with them, try to be honest, and patients.
Try to teach your members on the best way you know, and never be angry on them for many questions and simply things. Remember, we all were bigginer once so we have to be understandable for everything.

This is very tricky questions, but in same time it's problem here in this bussiness always.
I think it's about members, we can try to help them and focus on this bussiness but soon they stop, why? For me it's simply answer, they expect the different job, but usually they expect better and faster income. Other thing is also, people join this bussiness to earn money but to success you know in start we must invest money to get some good work.
But a lot of people are not ready for that situation, and after month when they miss points and must buy something to make enough points it's a problem.
They left because they are not support investing money in jobs like this.
To convince them and change their minds it's pretty much hard, perhaps an impossible thing.

We all should keep our routine about working this job, because it's now our bussiness, we work this and we will be paid for this soon. We must keep hard workig, reading, searching, and etc., and whatever that happend we should move on to the top. Never think about leaving this job because you never know how much you miss to success, and why will you all your work just simply throw back? Think about that!
Our decision are only in our hands!
