Good day Natalee, I must let you know that getting new PSAs to be committed
requires wisdom and intelligence. Three things you should look into include:

A. Your approach in introducing the business:
- Tell the truth - avoid words like, get rich quickly e.g make thousands of dollars in two weeks.
- Use selective and well-constructed words.

B. Benefits:
1) Talk to your prospects on the on-going NMP promotion and how it is a timely decision for them as

As it's been said, "You can lead a horse to the water but you cannot make it drink."
What you can do, though, is to provide enough good water.

Remember PSA's are adults with their own goals, expectations needs and wants. You cannot make them commit to anything unless they are motivated or because it is what they want to pursue in the first place.

What you can do is to ensure that they have the right tools so they can make an SFI informed decision.

I am reminded of the saying: "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink."

People join SFI for many different reasons and the reason why they joined directly affects how active they become. I don't know if there is a good answer that will produce the ideal results because if one existed, we would all be much better off than we are now, but there are a few ideas that come to mind to help your new PSAs.

1. Try to establish a connection beyond the weekly

As soon as I receive notification that I have a new PSA, I immediately send them a Welcome e-card to congratulate them for taking that 1st very important step by joining SFI and to welcome them to SFI and to my team.

Straight after that I send them a personal e-mail to once again Welcome and congratulate them.
I then introduce myself and explain that I am there sponsor and that my job is to guide, support and help them.
I also tell them a little about myself - like the country

Your question is one that dwells on the minds of every affiliate that is attempting to build their home business with SFI and TripleClicks.

We get excited about the potential that we see and know is possible with our new business and can’t understand why everybody doesn’t jump in there with us. It doesn’t seem logical that anyone would pass up an opportunity like SFI.

As you stated in your question that the ones who are not committing are people

Primarily, the very fact they registered means they want to earn.
Therefore I focus on making them understand how the money is earned here.

Then I do my best to point out the transparency and honesty of this program since many have negative experience with previous ones.

I also point out my achievements with the logic why I should waste my time and efforts and spend more than a year here if it did not work.

I tend not to be pushy with e-mails but rather be

As many members of SFI will agree, you surely can not 'force' anyone to commit to SFI. We have all experienced the excitement of signing up or receiving new PSA's, hoping that they will become an active team member. Some will, but unfortunately, most will not. You have to take that in stride, don't give up, and keep working and building your team.

First and foremost, be honest with them. Don't overload them with too much information in the beginning. Let them know that building a substantial

Thanks for this question.

However, there is no direct and easy answer available to this question till now.

If people treat this SFI business as any other business they will approach it with all seriousness right from signing up. However, in my more than 210 days of experience I notice how difficult it is:

1. To get get sign ups;
2. To get quality sign ups;
3. To sustain;
4. To retain the Team &
5. To ensure returns for every one in the Team.

First and foremost, the easiest way to have your PSAs commit to SFI is by being fully committed to SFI yourself. If you only log in once or twice a week, aren't active in the forums, don't have a Standing Order of at least 1500 VPs... Why should they? Make sure that you are truly "In it to win it!" if you expect your down line to do the same. There's a reason it is called Duplication.

Next, make sure that your down line knows that you are there for them. Get in contact with

Hello Natalee,

SFI is a great business and we all must commit to it to be successful..

Below are few strategies one MUST do to make sure "revolving door" in your SFI business stays tightly locked and to keep your downline active for years and not months.

1. Commit to a friendly service policy. If you truly want to build a solid and profitable SFI business, you need to implement the policy of providing friendly service and follow-up to your downline. Remember,
